2025 Ford Bronco Adds Standard Digital Cluster, Rear HVAC

The 2025 Ford Bronco is set to bring a range of updates for its fifth year in production, even though it hasn’t undergone a full refresh. Each year has brought some new changes to the rugged SUV, and 2025 is no exception. With the release of the official order guide, we’re now seeing what’s in store for Bronco fans, including exciting new features and some notable lineup changes.

One of the key upgrades is the 12-inch digital gauge cluster, which now comes standard across the entire Bronco lineup. Originally debuted in the 2022 Ford Bronco Raptor, this digital cluster was previously available only as an aftermarket upgrade. Another welcome improvement involves the repositioning of the rear HVAC vents, which have moved from the floor to the rear of the center console for four-door models equipped with the 10-speed automatic transmission—addressing a common complaint from Bronco owners since its release.

Ford has also revamped the Bronco’s trim levels for 2025. The Base model is returning as a late availability option, but several trims, including the Black Diamond, Wildtrak, Everglades, and Heritage Limited Edition, have been discontinued. In their place, Ford has introduced two exciting new packages: the Free Wheeling Package, which adds retro-inspired styling elements to the Big Bend trim, and the Stroppe Special Edition, which pays tribute to the iconic Baja 1000-winning Stroppe Baja Bronco of 1969.

In terms of colors, the 2025 Bronco Raptor gains three new exterior options—Marsh Gray, Desert Sand, and Ruby Red—while six colors, including Cactus Gray, Iconic Silver, and Hot Pepper Red, have been removed from the lineup. These changes give Bronco fans more ways to personalize their off-road adventures while maintaining the classic rugged appeal that the model is known for.
