"We recently purchased our Ford F-150 Lightning and were lucky enough to work with Ross Ferguson. He was absolutely fantastic. Ross walked us through everything with patience and real expertise, especially all the EV-specific info we were nervous about. He’s clearly the EV guy and such a valuable resource.
From explaining charging options to helping us understand how to get the most out of the truck, Ross made the whole experience easy and even fun. We felt supported the entire way.
If you’re thinking about an electric vehicle, go see Ross. You won’t find a better guide. Highly recommend!

"If you’re looking for a new ride look no where else but at New Westminster Key West Ford! The staff here are second to none! When my dad and I were looking for a new car they were exceptional and knowledgeable about their cars. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Tim and he directed us inside to the amazing staff! Dante and Sam were the sales reps that helped us out! They are personable, kind, and professional. They made the whole process smooth and pressure free. They made us feel confident about the purchase. Dante and Sam care and are knowledgeable about their cars. Dante walked me thought how to set up the infotainment system and the all the features throughly! Brooke and Tyler in the finance department were completely professional and really cared about what best fit our financial needs :) They went above and beyond to help us! I could go on and on but I can only write so much! Thanks again to the team at Key West Ford!! :)
