"I would recommend this dealership. I've taken my car there for service . They were efficient , polite. Treated me with value and didn't try to up sell me . Told me I might need tyre in the next few months.( I already knew that ) And they gave me a at cost voucher for tyres if I bring back . Trevor and the entire staff were great . I didn't buy my car from there( Surrey Mitsubishi) where I did but it. Tried to upsell me every time I went in for service. Told me I needed things that were just replaced a couple months before. They were rude . And wouldn't honour the extended warranty on the car they sold. Me . I therefore went to key West ford. Where. I was treated with respect . And told everything about my car and how it was in great shape. Key West ford. Has all my business from now on . And when I'm ready to buy a new mustang. I will be dealing with them. . This is the way. Business should be run. Bravo. To your staff and policy's.

I recently purchased my truck from Key West Ford and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Very professional, friendly, and absolutely no pressure!
I was away travelling when the exact model and trim I was looking for showed up in their used inventory, about a week before I could come to see it. The dealership allowed me to secure the truck with a fully refundable deposit, which gave me great peace of mind.
When I finally arrived, the truck was in beautiful condition and had gone through a full inspection. Vince was incredibly personable, patient, and easy to deal with. He gave me plenty of time to look over the vehicle, ask questions, and make sure I felt completely comfortable with my decision.
The entire purchasing process, including the paperwork, was a breeze!
I would highly recommend Vince if you're looking for a vehicle, and Key West Ford in general. They have a huge selection of new and used vehicles, and most importantly, they know how to make buying a vehicle a pleasant, stress-free experience.
Thanks again, Vince and Key West Ford! Really enjoying my new truck!

"easy service appointment setup - online, courteous service advisor. Offered a free cab ride home (when appointment is too early before courtesy driver comes to work) after dropping off the car for maintenance. Didn't need a courtesy ride back as I have a ride back planned. Easy drop off and pickup. Hassle free. Was able to pay scheduled maintenance with Ford Reward points. Car was washed and interior cleaned upon pickup. May not be the cleanest (due to some dirty residue water spots), but it's good enough.
