"I had an excellent experience working with Tony, James, Michelle, and Eugin at Key West Ford while purchasing my first vehicle. I shared my budget and what I was looking for, and they reached out as soon as a suitable trade-in became available, even before it hit the lot. They also honoured the online listed price, even after completing their safety inspection and necessary repairs. I would be happy to work with them again in the future.
Edit: Shortly after purchase, I noticed a transmission related shudder issue that had not been apparent on the test drive. While that was definitely frustrating, Key West Ford has been working with me on it and agreed to cover the repairs, which I really appreciate. Jeff Sandve, the service advisor, was very professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the process. Overall, despite the issue, I am still relatively happy with my experience and would be happy to work with them again in the future.

The delivery process was also well organized, and everything was clearly explained, which I really appreciated.

"We recently brought out truck in after meeting a Key West service person by chance at a hockey game. He told us our issue was likely a recall issue. We booked the truck in, the manager picked up our truck personally otherwise we wouldn't have been be able to get it in for a while and we happened to be on his way in. There was an additional issue that we new of but weren't sure what it was. They figured it out and gave us a few options. We appreciated the extra effort and the options to fix the truck. It can feel hard sometimes to find good mechanics but we were very happy with the team at Key West ford service.

"After a total loss, I was in the market for a new vehicle. I found one I liked and Vince reached out to me right instantly. He was extremely knowledgeable, understanding, easy to get ahold of, and able to help me navigate the fun times of dealing with an ICBC payout.
As I was coming from out of town, he went out of his way to ensure everything was ready to go for my arrival, ensuring a smooth and quick process at the actual dealership. Everybody I encountered the day of was kind, efficient, and helped make a stressful process quick and easy.
I applaud Vince for all his help and his humour, if you are ever in the market for a vehicle I absolutely suggest him as a salesman as he is wonderful.
