"Sam was a great salesman. He found me the perfect truck to fit my needs at a price that was in within my budget. He allowed me to take my time and was not pushy which has been my number one grievance with buying vehicles at other dealerships. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle at key West Ford.

"We were feeling defeated after bad experiences in two places within 2 days, then we came to Key West Ford. I spoke to Jeremy at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. I live in Mission. We believed he had the car we wanted. Jeremy said if we drove to New West, he would stay until we were in our car...and that's what he did. What a great experience! We were hesitant because our last vehicle had a failing transmission. My husband needed a lot of time to look at the car, ask questions and think about it. Jeremy was so patient. He was pleasant and understanding, never pushy. Then, when my husband made his decision, Jeremy put us through the insurance process and then the finance department, both of whom were friendly and helpful. While we were doing that, Jeremy took our vehicle to fill it up with gas. He also had it detailed before we arrived. We had such a nice experience. I hope Jeremy knows how much we appreciate everything he did for us. I will tell all of my friends to go to Key West Ford and ask for Jeremy when they are looking for a new or used car. It was worth the drive from Mission! Thank you so much to Jeremy and the entire team, for helping us get the car we wanted at the price we wanted. :)

Our brand new car had the engine check light come on just one month after purchase, and we also noticed a strange noise coming from the rear. We took the vehicle to Coastal Ford Burnaby multiple times, but after more than four months of back-and-forth, the engine light was still on and the issues remained unresolved.
Frustrated, we contacted Ford Canada, and they recommended we try Key West Ford. That’s where we met Yashar Azhdari, and everything changed for the better.
Yashar was incredibly patient, listening to the whole frustrating history of what we’d been through over the past few months. He paid close attention to every single detail, arranged a rental car for us right away, and remarkably, resolved ALL of our car’s issues within just one week!
Key West Ford made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. Their efficiency is absolutely mind-blowing. I will definitely recommend all my friends to come here and experience the same top-notch service and warmth we received.
