2026 FORD BRONCO SPORT BIG BEND LEASE GIVEAWAY
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
1. Sponsor
The Contest is sponsored and administered by Key West Ford Sales Ltd. (“Key West Ford”), located in New Westminster, British Columbia.
2. Contest Period
The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time on May 26, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on July 27, 2026 (“Contest Period”).
3. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of British Columbia who:
- Are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry;
- Possess a valid Class 5 British Columbia driver’s licence;
- Meet the underwriting requirements of Key West Ford’s leasing partner;
- Are capable of obtaining and maintaining automobile insurance as required under these Rules.
The following are not eligible:
- Employees of Key West Ford;
- Immediate family members of employees;
- Persons domiciled with employees;
- Any person involved in the administration of the Contest.
4. How to Enter
Vehicle Purchase Entry
Customers who purchase and take delivery of a new or used vehicle from Key West Ford during the Contest Period will receive one (1) entry into the Contest.
One entry per vehicle purchased.
5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize is available:
A 3-Year Lease of a 2026 Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend.
Prize includes:
- 36-month lease term
- Annual mileage allowance of 20,000 kilometres
- Total lease allowance of 60,000 kilometres
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize: To be determined based on vehicle specifications and lease rates at the time of Contest launch.
No cash alternative will be offered.
Prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
6. Prize Conditions
The winner shall be responsible for:
Insurance
Maintaining throughout the lease term:
- Minimum $2,000,000 third-party liability coverage
- Collision coverage
- Comprehensive coverage
- Purchase Replacement Coverage through ICBC
- Any other coverage required by the leasing company
Proof of insurance must be provided before vehicle delivery and maintained throughout the lease term.
Maintenance
The winner must:
- Maintain the vehicle according to Ford Motor Company’s recommended maintenance schedule
- Retain maintenance records
- Perform required maintenance at intervals specified by Ford
Failure to maintain the vehicle may result in charges under the lease agreement.
Licensing and Registration
Winner is responsible for:
- Driver licensing
- Vehicle registration
- Damage to Vehicle
- Vehicle Maintenance
- Insurance premiums
- Traffic violations
- Parking tickets
- Tolls
- Fines
- Fuel
- Charging costs (if applicable)
7. Excess Wear and Mileage
The winner shall be responsible for:
- Excess mileage charges beyond 60,000 km total lease allowance ($0.16 per km overage)
- Excess wear and tear charges
- Damage not covered by insurance
- Lease-end charges assessed by the leasing company
8. Taxes
The winner is responsible for any taxes, fees, levies, registration charges, insurance costs, and expenses not specifically included in the Prize.
9. Draw
One random draw will be conducted at Key West Ford on July 31, 2026.
One eligible entrant will be selected.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
10. Skill-Testing Question
Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.
Failure to correctly answer the question will result in disqualification and an alternate entrant may be selected.
11. Winner Notification
The selected entrant will be contacted by telephone and/or email.
If the selected entrant:
- Cannot be contacted within seven (7) days;
- Is found to be ineligible;
- Declines the Prize;
- Fails to complete required documentation;
the entrant may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.
12. Publicity Release
By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to permit Key West Ford to use their name, city of residence, photograph, likeness, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
13. General Conditions
Key West Ford reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest if circumstances beyond its control interfere with proper administration;
- Verify all entries;
- Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.
All decisions of Key West Ford regarding the Contest are final.
14. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the Contest and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
15. Limitation of Liability
Key West Ford, Ford Motor Company of Canada, affiliated entities, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for:
Any loss arising from acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize.
Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries;
Technical failures;
Personal injury;
Property damage;
