2024 Ford F-150 Raptor 3.5L V6 EcoBoost Crate Engine Now Available

Ford Performance has unveiled an exciting option for enthusiasts and builders: the twin-turbocharged 3.5L V6 EcoBoost engine from the 2024 Ford F-150 Raptor is now available as a crate engine. Known for its blend of power and efficiency, this engine provides a modern alternative to the V8s that typically dominate Ford’s crate lineup.

Listed under part number M-6007-35TA in the Ford Performance catalog, the crate engine retails for $9,350 USD. Straight out of the box, it delivers an impressive 450 horsepower and 510 lb.-ft. of torque, thanks to its all-aluminum construction and advanced engineering. This makes it a tempting option for anyone looking to upgrade an existing build with high-output EcoBoost performance.

The Raptor’s EcoBoost crate engine comes equipped with standout features including a die-cast aluminum block, forged steel crankshaft, high-strength forged connecting rods, lightweight aluminum pistons, and a tuned composite intake manifold. A six-quart die-cast deep sump oil pan and dual overhead camshafts with variable timing further enhance its durability and performance.

While a dedicated Ford Performance control pack isn’t currently available, buyers can source engine controls separately. Weighing in at just 417 pounds, this powerplant is designed for premium fuel use and joins Ford’s growing list of crate engine offerings—alongside icons like the Gen4X 5.0L Coyote, the supercharged Coyote, and the 7.3L Godzilla V8.
