Meet the 2025 Ford Bronco Stroppe Edition: A Tribute to Off-Road Legacy

Ford is enhancing its sixth-generation Bronco lineup with notable updates for the 2025 model year, including the introduction of the highly anticipated 2025 Ford Bronco Stroppe Edition. This special edition pays homage to off-road legend Bill Stroppe, who famously won the Baja 1000 in a factory stock, four-wheel-drive Bronco back in 1969. The Stroppe Edition effectively replaces the Wildtrak trim, joining the lineup with a design that celebrates the Bronco’s storied history and rugged heritage.

The 2025 Ford Bronco Stroppe Edition comes exclusively in a two-door configuration and showcases a bold, retro-inspired look. It features a matte black hood, a Frozen White grille with Code Orange “Bronco” script, a durable steel bumper, and striking Code Orange tow hooks. Special Stroppe badging, squared-off wheel arches, and 17-inch beadlock-capable wheels wrapped in 35-inch Goodyear Territory RT tires complete the exterior. The unique color palette of Oxford White and Code Orange accents, along with an Atlas Blue removable hardtop, rounds out the look. This eye-catching design has inspired Ford to create a custom merchandise collection specifically for the Stroppe Edition.

Beyond its standout aesthetics, the Bronco Stroppe Edition is packed with off-road capabilities. It comes equipped with Ford’s advanced HOSS 3.0 suspension system, featuring Fox internal-bypass dampers and a Stabilizer Bar Disconnect. Powering this beast is the twin-turbocharged 2.7L V6 EcoBoost engine paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. Inside, you’ll find an interior that continues the Code Orange theme, with accents on the G.O.A.T. mode dial bezel, grab handles, and contrast stitching on the dash topper and seats. A Stroppe Special Edition badge on the center console further marks this as a truly unique Bronco.

The Bronco lineup for 2025 also includes a new retro-style option called the Free Wheeling Package, reviving a classic look that fans will love. With the addition of the Stroppe Edition, Ford has reshuffled the lineup, saying goodbye to the Wildtrak, Everglades, and Heritage Limited trims. The Black Diamond now exists as an optional package for the Big Bend model, and the Base trim is making a return after a brief hiatus. Inside, all 2025 Bronco models come with a 12-inch digital gauge cluster as standard, while four-door models with the 10-speed automatic transmission gain rear HVAC vents repositioned for added comfort. The 2025 Bronco lineup is shaping up to be the most versatile and feature-packed yet, with options for both new and returning fans of this iconic SUV.
