Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Multilingual proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing
- Experience in high-end sales or dealership environments is a plus

This role involves maintaining the appearance and organization of the lot, assisting customers, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, including parking areas and display spaces
- Clean, wash and maintain vehicles on the lot
- Assist customers with vehicle inquiries and direct them appropriately
- Support vehicle movement and ensure proper placement on the lot
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times while working on the lot
- Support team members with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Skills & Requirements:
- Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and be comfortable following verbal directions

Front Desk Administrator

Job description:
Key West Ford is looking to add a part-time front desk administrator to our team.
This is a critical role that ensures our dealership runs efficiently. Our team greets every guest warmly, answering all incoming phone calls with a positive attitude, ready to assist with whatever is needed.
We have flexible scheduling options. 8 to 24 hours per week. Shifts are: Monday to Friday 12:30-8pm, Saturdays 9am-6pm, and Sundays 10:30am-6pm.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greeting and directing customers
- Receiving phone calls, transfer calls and page staff within the dealership clearly over intercom system
- Cash handling
- Maintain the petty cash float and reconcile at the end of the day
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Complete service receipting as required
- Operate the electronic funds transfer & point of sale machines
- Provide customer receipts according to Key West Ford standards and procedures
- Release service vehicles to customer during ‘service after hours’ as needed
- Maintain demo plate distribution and collection
- Distribute and track all incoming sales calls according to Key West Ford standards and procedures
- Daily filing tasks for sales & service departments
Skills & Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service or reception role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job description:
Key West Ford is looking to add an Automotive Deal Clerk to their growing accounting team.
This position is best suited to an individual with a keen eye for detail and a love for problem solving. Ensuring accuracy in deal processing and providing essential support to the accounting team makes this a pivotal role within the department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process vehicle deals
- Review deal paperwork for compliance
- Post vehicle sales
- Payouts and journal postings
- Perform financial activities including month end, year end, and reconciliation
- Data entry, maintain dealership standards for documentation
- Enter “Buy-In” from auctions, dealer trade, or customers into system
- Print Incentive & Holdback payments
- Follow up on any dealer claim issues
- Review, reconcile and clear vehicle schedules
- Review, reconcile and clear vehicle receivables schedules
- Review, reconcile and clear related vehicle schedules
- Ensure that Floor Plan payments are prepared on a timely basis to the bank
- Review EFT daily for Ford Finance Contracts
- Post vehicle funding from banks, investigate any payment discrepancies
- Ensure that the deal log reconciles with the DOC weekly and monthly
- Process DMR when Accounts Payable is away
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of local bookkeeping / accounting experience
- Minimum of 1 year Dealership accounting experience
- Previous experience with dealership software
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Organized & detail oriented
- Keen time management skills
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
