Everything about my trip to Key West was great, Peter Olson, Wes Upton & Nicholas Terezakis were amazing to deal with. Super patient guys with a knack for customer service, never once did I feel like I was at a normal dealership, these guys made the car buying process super easy and not stressful.
My New Favourite Dealership!
My boyfriend and I were on the hunt for a new SUV, and we ended up being helped by Rob Vanoverschot. I was nervous about going to a dealership as I'd never purchased off of a lot before - and Rob made the process a breeze! He answered all of our questions and never made us feel pressured at all! We test drove about 6 different makes and models and fell in love with a 2019 Ford Escape. I would highly recommend Rob and Key West Ford, even the financing department and insurance department made this process enjoyable!
Not to mention they had the best prices around - and we came all the way out from Abbotsford!
Great Kai and jag were awesome
Great. Worked with my schedual, very helpful. Got back to me fast about all my questions. And even went out a got a keepsake i forgot in my grade in.
Michael and Monina
The most seamless car buying experience with Peter Olson!
It was an awesome experience from the time we walked on the dealer lot to the time we drove home our car. Super friendly Ivan, super helpful Gurj and super salesman Peter!
Erick was very friendly and personable and it was a pleasure to do business with him. I would recommend him and Key West if you’re looking for a vehicle.
Happy with the Flex
Patient and Kind
I was extremely happy with most of the folks I spoke with during my time at Key West. It took me 3 days of visiting the dealership to make sure I was making the right decision on the vehicle for my needs and my budget. All staff but one understood that this purchase wasn't an easy one to make within my budget. Peter Olsen, Michael Nokes and Robert Klaus really understood why I needed to take my time and research all my options. I appreciated their kindness and patience and didn't feel at all pressured into the sale.
Helpful and honest dealers. Car was well inspected and in advertised good condition. Overall the service was good and the sale was fair. Dean was great!
I saw an ad for a F350 at the lot. The truck was not on the lot due to construction. It took a day to get the truck so I could see it. I made a deal and drove it away that afternoon. Happy with the vehicle. Sales person was new to Key West and lacked knowledge of all the options on the truck.
Over and above
They were great. They did everything in their power to help us. They really know there stuff. They took the time to explain everything and answer all if our questions. They really want to make that we got everything we needed and more.
Latest Ford News For Vancouver And New Westminster B.C. Drivers
Dust swirls in the distance - rising in white waves, drawing closer with every second. Inside it is a sharp-lined silhouette, sun glinting off its yellow and black body. Is it a beast? It is a plane?
Ford has recently launched its latest Mustang GT350 - a pony-car that draws inspiration from a P-51D plane. This masterwork (affectionately named “Old Yeller”, due to its bold coloring) delivers incredible performance, with The Detroit News reporting a rugged 5.2L Ti-VCT V8 engine and a six-speed manual transmission. These combine to deliver 526 HP, letting this convertible soar down every track.
It will soon soar to the auction block as well. According to AutoBlog, the new GT350 will serve as the lead showcase for the annual Gathering of Eagles charity event - which generates funds for the Experimental Aircraft Association's (EAA) many youth programs. These programs allow boys and girls of all ages to experience the wonders of aviation, building key leadership skills through hands-on learning. It fosters both confidence and independence.
Ford has long since been an ally of the EAA, applauding its dedication to education; and the "Old Yeller" Mustang will surely inspire high bids - helping to create new learning opportunities for North American children.

The days prove less than glamorous - with interns struggling against the tedium of paperwork, trying to soothe temperamental copy machines and manager egos alike. Their work is grueling; their hours are long; and the respect they earn borders on the non-existent. They suffer in the name of (potential) opportunity.
Ford thinks this is quite unfair - and it seeks to provide interns with the challenges greater than late-night coffee quests. Watch below as it highlights the everyday excitement found throughout its engineering and testing branches, with its latest employee Jenna showcasing the many nuances of the production process.
Ford serves as one of North America’s leading companies, delivering chart-dominating coupes, convertibles, and pick-ups. It emphasizes quality with every design, and its rigorous assembly process adheres to the highest global standards.
Interns can now experience those standards - participating in a series of dynamic tasks and helping to shape the future of manufacturing. These individuals will serve as the next generation of automotive engineers, creating new ways to push Ford past the competition.
The Key West team can admit that we’re a little jealous.

Consistency proves to be a cornerstone of the F-Series - with the venerable F-150, F-250, and F-350 steadily rolling to the top of the charts. Each year these trucks deliver impressive trailering rates and equally impressive sales; and 2016 seems to be no exception, with recent numbers showcasing the enduring popularity of Built Ford Tough philosophy.
According to The Motley Fool, Ford recently dominated the competition - posting staggering sales in June. Its F-Series delivered 38.1% of the total pick-up market, blitzing past leading competitors Dodge and GMC. North American drivers flocked to dealerships, craving V6 performance and aluminum-alloy construction (which promotes greater efficiency on the highway and the backroads alike).
This has been a familiar trend for Ford, with the F-Series serving as the reigning sales champion for more than three decades. Every year offers a massive surge in profits and consumer satisfaction - and 2016 should continue this tradition. June’s chart performance was the highest in months and this will surely propel these trucks into a record-breaking summer.
The Key West team isn’t surprised by Ford’s F-Series success. These pick-ups serve as the premier half-ton platforms, catering to white-collar styling, blue-collar payloads, and no-collar adventures.

Half-ton platforms too often deliver half-measured responses - with their engines lacking power and their drivetrains proving imprecise. They’re tailored for light duty demands, forcing North Americans to compromise again and again.
This is about to change.
According to Torque News, Ford is fusing its 2017 F-150 with a new V6 engine - offering best-in-class performance for the half-ton market. The 3.5L EcoBoost will deliver 375 HP and 470 lb.-ft of torque, launching it to the front of the pick-up pack. It will dominate the mid-range sector with ease.
It should also dominate the entire truck market. The 2017 F-150 boasts a new volume-production 10-speed automatic transmission - the first of its kind available in North America. When paired with the enhanced V6 engine, this should propel it past even full-ton models. It promises incredible performance on every road.
The Key West team can’t wait to test that performance in B.C. - with the 2017 F-150 proving perfect for towing (more than 12,000 pounds estimated), payload hauling (more than 3,000 pounds estimated), and more. This will serve allow all drivers to Go Further.

History repeats itself - or so the cliches claim. Those cliches became realities on June 19th when Ford blitzed to a pole-position finish at the famed Le Mans race... precisely fifty years after it earned its first international victory! Its rally team (led by seasoned circuit performers Sebastian Bourdais, Joey Hand, and Dirk Muller) pushed to the front of the pack, overcoming heavy competition from Porsche and Ferrari. The 2016 GT had won.
This victory stunned the racing world - and it proved the value of Ford’s testing process. To ensure that the 2016 GT could perform at optimum levels for Le Mans, the company forced it to endure a series of supertuned challenges. Among these challenges was a custom wind tunnel, meant to push the car’s aerodynamic profile to the limit. Check it out!
Ford’s exclusive wind tunnel programme allowed it to optimize the 2016 GT - creating a carbon fiber supercar that could resist drag with every turn. The sculpted shape now defies the elements, roaring past every obstacle at a blistering 600 HP. This ensured success at Le Mans (and we anticipate that success will continue throughout the racing season).

Tucked in a quiet corner of California is Costa Mesa. This fringe city - which rests within the Orange County lines, offering that peculiar charm of coastal beauty and downtown vibrancy - is often ignored by travelers. It’s a small place, shadowed by the nearby meccas of Los Angeles and San Diego. Few seek it out.
Key West Ford thinks this may soon change, however - because Costa Mesa recently showcased the arrival of the 2016 Focus RS!
At the annual O.C. Cars and Coffee event, Ford dazzled visitors with its 2016 Focus. This rally model - introduced by Jackson Gilmore, one of North America’s first RS owners - was supertuned and supercharged, delivering incredible performance along the coastline. Check it out!
The 2016 Focus RS is a masterwork of design. Its 2.3L EcoBoost engine generates 315 HP, allowing it to roar down every track. An advanced all-wheel drivetrain pairs with Dynamic Torque Vectoring to ensure peerless handling, while the carbon styling promises aerodynamic responses. It’s tailored for high speeds.
As Jackson Gilmore proves, however, it’s also tailored for fun. This model effortlessly shifts from the circuit to the highway, with its bold design and endless tech features (including the SYNC 3) making it the perfect travel companion.
We can’t wait to slip behind the wheel of the Focus RS - can you?

The road proves dark. You stare into the night, squinting at the passing shadows, trying to anticipate the impending curves. Your headlights offer no relief - scattering pale beams across the pavement and brightening only the scarcest of inches. You can’t see beyond your car’s hood, and worry soon defines the miles.
This worry is all too common for SUV owners.
According to a recent study from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), leading SUV platforms are unable to accommodate changing light conditions - with their headlamps offering insufficient illumination. High-beams, low-beams, and curve-adaptive systems deliver weak results throughout North America.
These results were obtained during an exhaustive 21-vehicle assessment, with the IIHS comparing the market’s top-selling platforms. It created a series of lighting challenges (such as straightaways, sharp left curves, gradual right curves, and glare responses) to gauge the effectiveness of LED and HID systems. Most of these failed spectacularly, with 12 of the chosen vehicles earning a Poor Rating and only 5 earning a Marginal Rating:
Mitsubishi Outlander Sport
Mitsubishi Outlander (Base)
These vehicles offered less than optimal responses on the road, with the IIHS noting excessive glare issues and improper headlamp placement. The 2017 Ford Escape, however, suffered from none of these problems.
The Escape - along with the Honda CRV, the Hyundai Tucson, and the Mazda CX-3 - earned an Acceptable Rating (the equivalent of four stars) from the IIHS. It was noted as the best SUV option, with much acclaim given to its high-beam assistance technology. This provides protection against glares and allows for seamless curve lighting.
This, Key West Ford knows, will become a crucial factor for every driver - offering them the safety they deserve.

It’s a search for Good Days. The Warriors in Pink - a Ford organization that seeks to end breast cancer, raising both donations and awareness through a series of innovative campaigns - spend their days on the road. They travel throughout North America, bringing joy to those who need it most. Their efforts are endless, tireless, and essential.
These efforts aren’t easily accomplished, though. The Warriors in Pink provide aid to millions of breast cancer patients - and the distance between these individuals often proves great. The 2017 Escape is that vehicle - and, through its EcoBoost efficiency and all-terrain versatility, it delivers crucial performance.
With the release of the 2017 Escape, Ford connects drivers to seamless power - fusing the twin-scroll turbocharged engine with Auto Start-Stop technology and Adaptive Cruise Control. These features allow the SUV to effortlessly maneuver through every environment, ensuring steady economy and rugged handling. They also allow the Warriors in Pink to continue their Good Days quest.
The 2017 Escape proves ideal for the Warriors in Pink.
