Was looking for a used compact car to tow behind our RV. Jag Dhillon went the extra mile at every step in the process. He was very knowledgeable, listing features of cars we considered, ensured the one we chose was legally towable, provided items the previous owner didn't provide and worked with both the parts and service departments when we had questions. Peter Olson checked on us a few times to ensure we had all the info we needed. Michelle Kellough clearly explained the optional extended warrantee coverage and costs as well as finalizing all the sale paperwork. The dealer has an ICBC rep onsite so we were able to insure our new vehicle and take the vehicle with us. Would definitely buy through this dealer again.

The staff, knowledgeable, helpful, and over all very friendly. I enjoyed the great service. And the no pressure sales approach. I would definitely buy here again. Thank you Key West Ford.
That was my first experience in buying new truck. I am so glad I have chosen this dealership. Special thanks to person I was dealing with- Nikola Bebek. Very kind and professional.
First new car experience
From my first experience with the sales person that no longer works with them, to working with the manager, and then working with the new salesperson, they were professional at all times.
They were able to offer me a fair price for the my 2017 Fusion and took care of every detail and issue I had without hesitation. Robert made sure I was happy when all was said and done. If I buy another Ford in the future, I would go to Key West Ford for sure.
They had what I was looking for.
Great experience. Sales staff was friendly and helpful. I had a hard time finding what I was looking for elsewhere but with there great selection I was able get into a new truck

Great no pressure sales advice and service. Very impressed with the whole sales experience and the car we purchased. The whole experience was excellent from initial enquiry to driving the vehicle away
The quest for privacy often proves difficult. Consumers find their movements tracked by an endless series of website cookies, keyword analyses, and placement targeting - each intended to examine behaviors and redefine sales content. Trying to remain anonymous seems impossible.
Ford recently wondered, however, is this impossibility could ever become positive. Watch below as Sheryl Connelly, Manager of Global Trends and Futuring, discusses the recent trend toward privacy - and how a simple give-and-take philosophy could yield rewards for both consumers and manufacturers.
The privacy trend poses a unique series of challenges for Ford. It requires a precise balance of information and anonymity, connecting consumers to the Internet of Things. This collection of patterns - which includes GPS singals, traffic routes, app integrations, and more - allows the company to better understand drivers. It must pair that understanding, however, with genuine benefits.
As Connelly notes, consumers expect an even trade of data - and real-world value is essential.
