The 2025 Ford Ranger arrives with a refreshed exterior color lineup, now showcasing three new shades: Ruby Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat, Marsh Gray, and Desert Sand. One of the standout additions is Desert Sand, a no-cost color option available across all Ranger trims, including the XL, XLT, Lariat, and Raptor. This sleek shade is sure to catch eyes on the road and is compatible with both interior color options, providing flexibility for owners looking to personalize their ride.
Along with Desert Sand, the 2025 Ranger offers a total of seven exterior color choices, adding more variety for drivers. The full color lineup includes Azure Gray Metallic Tri-Coat, Carbonized Gray Metallic, Oxford White, Shadow Black, Shelter Green Metallic, Velocity Blue Metallic, Marsh Gray, Ruby Red Tinted Clearcoat, and of course, Desert Sand. Interior color options remain elegant with Ebony and Sandstone finishes, while the truck’s trim lineup includes the XL, XLT, Lariat, and the high-performance Raptor.
While adding new colors, the 2025 Ford Ranger also says goodbye to three shades from previous years—Cactus Gray, Hot Pepper Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat, and Iconic Silver Metallic. Although color isn’t the only update, it’s clear that Ford is focused on keeping the Ranger’s style fresh and modern. Major updates were already rolled out for the 2024 model year, including a full generational refresh with enhanced styling, upgraded suspension, and additional tech features, which makes the 2025 model year more about refinement than overhaul.
As expected with model year updates, the 2025 Ford Ranger has seen a slight increase in price. The starting price for the base XL trim is now $32,890 USD, while the top-tier Raptor trim begins at $55,720 USD. A few other tweaks include a revised keyless entry keypad as a dealer-installed option and a revamped Chrome Accent Package for those who want a bit more shine on their pickup.
