New Packages
The 2022 Ford Mustang has added five new packages, the Stealth package, the Ice White package, the Coastal Limited package, the Mustang Shelby GT500 Heritage edition, and the California Special with a Performance Package option. It also includes eight new colours.
The Stealth Package
The Stealth package has darker trims and wheels as the 19-inch aluminum wheels are painted in Ebony Black; there’s a performance wing for the rear, mirror caps in black, and new translucent covers for the LED tail lamps featured in the Ice White package. This package is for customers who want a fiercer look for their Mustang EcoBoost Premium model.
The Ice White Edition Coupe
The Ice White package has the wing and clear tail lights, with Oxford White exterior paint, white seats, Heritage-inspired 19x19 inch wheels matching Oxford White plus machine-surfaced pockets. The interior is generally in black and white with white door trim. The door panels and front and rear seat inserts are also in Oxford White. This package is available on Mustang EcoBoost Premium and GT Premium fastback models.
The Coastal Limited Package
The Coastal Limited package, available on Mustang EcoBoost Premium fastback and convertible, offers a unique body-colour grille, a branded lighted sill, a rear spoiler (Fastback only), side scoops, and its vinyl bodyside stripe that trace down the vehicle and come over the hood.
The Mustang Shelby GT500 Heritage Edition
This limited edition pays tribute to the 1967 Shelby GT500 created by American racer and entrepreneur Carroll Shelby. The legend of Shelby's performance has a reputation for transforming an ordinary Mustang into powerful racing cars.
Thanks to the engineers and designers at Ford performance, the 2022 version has received some significant upgrades with a first-in-class seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, advanced driving modes, and race-bred control strategies.
Taking inspiration from the original hue, the exterior paint finish is in Brittany Blue with two options of outer stripes:
Painted racing stripes with GT500 logo in Wimbledon White or Absolute Black.
Vinyl over-the-top racing stripes with a unique vinyl side strip and GT500 logo in Wimbledon White.
The California Special With the Performance Package Option
This package includes "GT/CS" heritage-inspired side stripes on the front fender till the rear fender scoop. A California Special signature in Ebony Black and Race Red writings across the trunk lid. The interior has suede-trimmed seats and door inserts in black Miko with the stamped "GT/CS" logo and red contrast seams.
To get more driving dynamics and handling features, adding the Performance package will give you Brembo six-piston front brake-clippers, TORSEN limited slip-differential, Pirelli Summer tires on 19x9 inch front, 19x9.5 inch rear wheels, and other exciting features.
