We appreciated the telephone information provided by Jeff Upton when we were inquiring about a used truck. We needed to determine whether it had the heavy duty towing capabilities that we needed. Jeff went out of his way to do some digging to determine the vehicle's tow capacity and he provided helpful information that we could use to assess other vehicles as we continued our search. That vehicle didn't work out but we subsequently came in to look at another and was served by Peter Olson. He did a great job on intro and test drive, and again, did some backchecking with Nissan to determine if this vehicle had a factory installed tow package. We felt that the negotiation and pricing was fair and we didn't get the high pressure sales tactics that I hate so much. When we came back to pick up the vehicle the next day, Peter had gone out of his way to have the tow hitch, which was really rusty, painted! A real value-add and a pleasant surprise. Nick was great to deal with for the contract signing, very pleasant.
Promised great service and delivered.
Shopping a used sporty SUV for my wife met with Robert Klaus who did a great job on intro and test drive. Came back next day and completed the deal with Micheal and Michelle in finance. Peter Olson worked with Robert behind the scenes coordinating the whole adventure. Painless process, friendly low pressure easy to deal with folks. the whole team came out to see my wife off in her new car including all the management team and the owner himself, all stood there in the pouring rain to watch her drive away! Highly recommend Robert and Peter if youre out car shopping. old fashioned personal service gets it done.
My experience at Key West Ford
I will share here my experience with Key West Ford. I have spent more than 7 hours with Mr. Peter olson (salesman), he was incredibly patient with me, showed me more than 12 possibilities of vehicles (in my budget). After we pick some cars he took me to do 5 test drives with the vehicles what really helped me so much on my choice.
Today I just pick up my car at Key West Ford just all clean (little issues on the vehicle were fixed just as promissed to me) and with fuel only for me to drive. I would like to thank Mr Peter Olsen and Key West Ford Team.
Thank you so much.
Great service and price
Jeff spent a long time with us and was very friendly and patient without being pushy. We purchased a used car, and on delivery he noticed a warning light in the dash. The dealership took care of it promptly. After driving for a few weeks we’re very happy with our car. Highly recommended!
Friendly, honest and fast.
Sasha was great to deal with. He was informative, friendly and fun to deal with. He wasnt pushy at all. They were fair about pricing and the whole process was easy and quick. Nicholas who did my fianancing was a pleasure to deal with and I would have to say overall this was the best experience buying a new vehicle I have had.
Outstanding Customer Service & Popcorn
From the second I pulled into the parking lot the experience started... I was greeted as soon as I exit my vehicle and was shown vehicles that I was interested in... Customer Service is key for me and when I didn't received it to my standards at another dealership which was closer to home, I decided to try Key West Ford... I am happy to say that I made a smart decision and needless to say I left with a new vehicle that I'm very happy with... If you are looking for a new vehicle I highly recommend Key West Ford...
Organized and Quick
Second time buying a new truck with the guys at Key West Ford. I'm a busy person and they worked hard while I was unavailable to finalize my truck purchase. Peter Olson worked especially hard for me and I received what I asked for. Thank you!
The salesman was nice
I was so pleased with my experience here. I had my kids with me and it could have been worse. Arash was lovely to deal with. I didn’t feel like the manager really got us.
Great Better then before. Keep the good work up.
It was a great pleasure to have a sales person care about me as a client. The other workers at Keywest Ford were very present to deal with too. In the past the after care service was not good. Keywest has change for the the better. Sales people like Peter Olson are need in the car sales industry. Peter went above and beyond to make my experience to be a great one. I would recommend if you are look for a vehicle to go see Peter at Keywest ford. The team members At Keywest ford were very different to deal with compared to my last few experiences. The new team were great. Keep the good work up.
Time is a resource of which there’s never enough - and this proves all too true in Vancouver, where the BUILDEX exposition is coming to an end.
At 4:30 p.m., the doors of the Convention Centre will close. All seminars will conclude; all spotlights will fade; and all exhibits will be carefully packed away, leaving not a trace of the BUILDEX Vancouver event. This leaves mere hours, therefore, for our customers to experience Western Canada’s largest trade show... and gain critical insights into the developing market.
Hurry downtown - now!
We’re proudly participating in this year’s BUILDEX Vancouver, connecting men and women to the best-in-class performance they need (our booth features both a F-350 and a Transit Connect F-350, vehicles that help to power B.C.’s economy). For those wishing to learn more about this performance, we recommend visiting the Convention Centre. There you’ll find our team... and more than 600 other exhibitors, all eager to share their insights.
Don’t miss out on this exclusive opportunity. Join us as BUILDEX Vancouver ends.

There’s a rumble on the horizon - a deep, shuddering sound. Canada’s tradesmen stomp down the Vancouver sidewalks, making their way to the Convention Centre West. There they’ll seek access to the latest industry revelations, strengthening their skills and fostering new connections.
BUILDEX Vancouver begins tomorrow... and Key West Ford hopes that our customers are ready.
Each year BUILDEX Vancouver draws staggering crowds, with an estimated 14,000 guests surging through downtown. For those wishing to take advantage of the many seminars and showcases, therefore, precise planning is needed to avoid the frantic streets.
Early Arrivals: the event officially begins at 8:30 a.m., with the Convention Centre opening its doors to welcome workshop participants. We recommend that guests schedule early arrivals (at least :30 minutes in advance) to ensure easy entries.
Public Transit: while parking is available at the Centre, we suggest taking advantage of the extensive public transportation options available. Guests can utilize the sky-train or sea-bus, and then spare themselves the frustration of high traffic (particularly at the end of the day). Major transit lines run near the event and walking will prove convenient.
Identification: for those who’ve purchased all-day passes, we strongly urge you to bring a form of identification. These passes are non-transferable, and proof of ownership may be required at the door.
By carefully planning a trip to BUILDEX Vancouver, guests can ensure seamless educational experiences - avoiding the frustrations of slow traffic and tedious entries.

It’s an unlikely pairing - an automotive dealership and an industry conference. The two share few commonalities; they seem to offer no value to each; and, yet, Key West Ford will soon make its way to the Vancouver Convention Centre West, sharing our expertise with more than 14,000 tradesmen.
BUILDEX Vancouver serves as Western Canada’s largest trade show - delivering insights into the market’s expanding fields of Architecture, Renovation, Construction, and more. These fields create a strong economic foundation, and they funnel financial opportunities into the country.
They also require exceptional power. As the premier dealership in B.C., we recognize that our customers demand more than high speeds and sleek style. They also demand performance - with heavy-duty tasks needing extended payload ratios, reliable trailering, and all-terrain capabilities. This is why we’re attending BUILDEX Vancouver, connecting guests to the F-350 and Transit Connect 350.
These two platforms enable tradesmen to redefine their efforts. By offering class-leading technologies - including Ford Telematics, to reduce downtime through automated vehicle maintenance reports and smart mobility strategies; AdvanceTrac Control, to promote smooth handling and stable trailering; and available CNG/Propane engine alternatives, to counter costs through bi-fuel capabilities - they maximize every mile. This ensures that Canada’s workforce can face every challenge.
It also ensures that the market remains vibrant - with men and women able to expedite their projects and expand their businesses.
This is why we’ll be waiting for the doors to open on February 15th. Join us at Booth 331 to learn more!
At the Vancouver Convention Centre West they gather - leaders of industry, innovators of their many fields. They file into the conference rooms and exhibit halls, notes clutched in their hands. Each is ready to deliver insights into Canada’s changing marketplace; each is eager to share knowledge with their fellow tradesmen.
On February 15th BUILDEX Vancouver will begin - connecting more than 14,000 guests to a series of workshops, seminars, and showcases. Representatives from the Architecture, Construction, and Property Management industries will provide access to the latest trends and products; and the Convention Centre will be filled with more 600 unique displays.
Among those displays will be:
The Architectural Woodwork Manufacturers Association of Canada.
Builders Without Borders.
The ETG Exterior Technologies Group.
The Greater Vancouver Home Builders Association.
IBC Technologies INC.
The Interior Designers Institute of British Columbia.
.... and many more!
BUILDEX Vancouver serves as a premium networking opportunity - enabling tradesmen to better hone their skills and improve their knowledge. It connects men and women from across Western Canada - and it will also connect Key West Ford to a new group of drivers. We’ll be attending this year’s event and hope to see you all there.
