Great Guy
Allan was awesome guy got me the best deal on F 150. I recommend him to anyone and the whole team is good people. Thanks guys !
Professional service
I bought my Jeep from there. It was the smoothest purchase i ever made. Tom was delightful. He wasn’t pushy as some sales people you might encounter. I’ve had a few sales people I dealt with a few dealership prior to buying my car and I made my decision with Ford because of this experience( I have to mention Hamid at Subaru Dealership at Boundary is also great.). Tom is very informative and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about Tom and how professional him and his management team was. Go with these guys if you want to have a piece of mind.
Pleasant experiance in purchasing my new vehicle.
The total experience of purchasing my new vehicle from Allan was enjoyable. Allan was very informative explaining thing and did not push for a sale allowing me to come to the decision that the car I wanted was the right vehicle for me. Every one else I dealt with at Key West Ford was also very friendly and helpful. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely do it again when the time comes.
Very pleasant car purchase experience with Peter
Found a car online, called in and scheduled an appointment with Peter. He got the car prepared before we arrived and got us a great deal. Highly recommend!
great team
great guys. Rob set me up with a great truck, at a good price. when we were finishing, Ian came out and helped get the truck ready with paper work licence plates etc... Wes was a down to earth manager. I was impressed how these guys and everyone else in the sales department worked as a team. my truck was detailed perfectly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I have certainly found the dealership that I would do business with in the future.

When was the Last Time You Changed Your Ford’s Oil?

(Posted on Nov 28, 2016 at 09:00PM by Michelle Bogle)
automotive service centre ford vancouver bcMost drivers are well aware that getting the oil changed in their Ford car, truck or utility vehicle is part of the ownership experience. But, what many drivers don’t know is that an oil change is also the easiest and most affordable way to extend the life of their auto. After all, the engine is like the heart and soul of a vehicle – if you maintain it regularly, it will pay you back in dividends by running strong and with minimal issues for years to come.
But, there are still many drivers who go too long between oil changes due to some misconceptions. If you happen to be one of these drivers, allow us to clear up any confusion for you with these three commonly asked questions:
1. When do I really need to change my oil?
It's always best to refer to your owner's manual, which will tell you exactly when your vehicle is recommended for basic services. Better yet, if your Ford car or truck is equipped with an Intelligent Oil Life Monitor (IOLM), your vehicle will alert you when it is due for service. How’s that for simple?
2. Can my driving habits change my service intervals?
The answer is yes. While newer engine oils are fairly durable, short-distance driving, stop-and-go traffic, heavy towing, dusty conditions and very hot or cold temperatures can cause your oil to wear down much faster. If this happens, you’ll find that your vehicle’s service intervals are shorter and closer together.
3. How much do oil changes cost?
The cost of an oil change varies depending on the type of vehicle you drive, its engine, the type of oil it requires and other factors. Our Service Department will happily quote a price for you over the phone – simply give us a call to speak with a Service Advisor.
If have any additional questions or you think it’s time for an engine oil change, please contact us at Key West Ford in New Westminster, B.C. to book your next maintenance appointment.
