We just purchased a 2018 F-150 from Robert Antoniak at Key West Ford in New Westminster BC. The truck is awesome. we looked around at all the makes of full-size pickups, new and used, and finally settled on a Ford. From the time we walked into the dealership until we drove the truck home, the service was outstanding. Robert was professional, informed, and patient. He listed, advised, educated and helped us, as new to full-size pickups, to decide what it was we needed and, more important, what we didn't need. He spent more time helping us out then we would have expected, and he has a great sense of humour. I would recommend Robert Antoniak and Key West Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Allan was awesome guy got me the best deal on F 150. I recommend him to anyone and the whole team is good people. Thanks guys !
I bought my Jeep from there. It was the smoothest purchase i ever made. Tom was delightful. He wasn’t pushy as some sales people you might encounter. I’ve had a few sales people I dealt with a few dealership prior to buying my car and I made my decision with Ford because of this experience( I have to mention Hamid at Subaru Dealership at Boundary is also great.). Tom is very informative and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about Tom and how professional him
and his management team was. Go with these guys if you want to have a piece of mind.
Pleasant experiance in purchasing my new vehicle.
The total experience of purchasing my new vehicle from Allan was enjoyable. Allan was very informative explaining thing and did not push for a sale allowing me to come to the decision that the car I wanted was the right vehicle for me. Every one else I dealt with at Key West Ford was also very friendly and helpful. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely do it again when the time comes.
Very pleasant car purchase experience with Peter
Found a car online, called in and scheduled an appointment with Peter. He got the car prepared before we arrived and got us a great deal. Highly recommend!

Ahhh, fall – it’s a beautiful time of year. It’s colourful, it’s vibrant and it has a lovely chill in the air. But, fall is also the gateway to winter and its harsher conditions. And, these harsher conditions can do a real number of your Ford vehicle’s suspension.
That’s why at Key West Ford, we always recommend that our Service customers have their shocks and struts inspected in the fall to identify any warning signs of replacement.
When your shocks or struts become worn down, your vehicle bounces up and down, which makes braking difficult. If your vehicle is taking longer than usual to stop, or if it is nose-diving when you do, it’s time to book an inspection to see which suspension parts need replacing.
2. Decreased Cornering Control
If you notice increased “body roll” when cornering, it could be a sign that your shocks or struts are damaged. “Body roll” can affect your ability to steer properly, so it’s advised that you have your vehicle's suspension system inspected if you notice this issue.
3. Rougher Ride
No passenger enjoys a rough car ride – especially an overly bouncy one. It can also affect your ability to safely control your vehicle as well. To see how your shocks and struts are functioning, we recommend the bounce test. If you push down firmly on the front or rear of your car and it moves up and down more than once or twice, this could be a sign that your suspension needs replacing.
4. Tire Wear
When struts or shocks are worn out, your tires will wear out faster too. If you notice rumbling or increased vibrations at higher speeds, look for “cupping” on your tires, which is a type of scalloped wear pattern. Cupping happens when your car bounces up and down, leaving indented scuff marks on the tires – a big red flag that your suspension needs repairing.
Worn shocks and struts can affect the way your wheels engage with the road, especially when roads are slick – and, we all know we have slick roads in the Lower Mainland. If your vehicle is sliding or hydroplaning frequently, get your suspension checked right away – especially before the fall/winter precipitation arrives!
If you are experiencing any of these five warning signs, it’s time to get your shocks and struts inspected. Don’t delay this any further – contact our Service Department at Key West Ford today in New Westminster, B.C. to book your appointment.
