Outstanding Customer Service & Popcorn
From the second I pulled into the parking lot the experience started... I was greeted as soon as I exit my vehicle and was shown vehicles that I was interested in... Customer Service is key for me and when I didn't received it to my standards at another dealership which was closer to home, I decided to try Key West Ford... I am happy to say that I made a smart decision and needless to say I left with a new vehicle that I'm very happy with... If you are looking for a new vehicle I highly recommend Key West Ford...
Organized and Quick
Second time buying a new truck with the guys at Key West Ford. I'm a busy person and they worked hard while I was unavailable to finalize my truck purchase. Peter Olson worked especially hard for me and I received what I asked for. Thank you!
The salesman was nice
I was so pleased with my experience here. I had my kids with me and it could have been worse. Arash was lovely to deal with. I didn’t feel like the manager really got us.

ford tire inspections in bc vancouverFall is a fantastic time of year here in New Westminster, B.C. As the leaves start to change and a new season is ushered in, it’s also time for drivers to pay close attention to their tires – especially since our region is known to be rather rainy and wet.
For safe driving on slick roads, you need to ensure that you have ample tread remaining on your tires. Without a sufficient tread depth, your vehicle can’t properly grip the road. Under wet weather conditions, insufficient tread depth can also cause your car or truck to hydroplane, which can lead to a crash – something no one wants to experience!
And, while you are checking your tire tread depth, it’s also advisable to look for signs of wear. If you notice uneven wear, it could mean that your vehicle’s alignment is off – something that you should address right away to extend the lifespan of your tires. Uneven wear can also be a sign of improper tire pressure (either over inflation or under inflation), or from infrequent rotation, which should be done every 8,000 km or so.
If you notice that your tires’ “wear bars” are visible, then you are due for a replacement. Don’t delay this purchase because it is very unsafe to operate a vehicle with tires in this condition. If you are unsure of what brand, type of tire or size to buy for your vehicle, our Service Advisors at Key West Ford can recommend a range of options to suit your budget.
