Perfection proves difficult to achieve - even for the ROUSH team. Their engineers spend each day crafting new performance technologies, trying to push the boundaries of torque and horsepower. They slave over chassis components, crafting them repeatedly until optimal outputs are earned.
There must be an easier way.
ROUSH believes there is - which is why it’s developing a one-of-a-kind simulation lab. No longer will testing prove a laborious process. Instead, as Yahoo Finance explains, it will become a real-time convenience, with every production demand streamlined.
Located in Livonia - a small city in Michigan - this lab will redefine manufacturing. In it ROUSH will be able to create extensive simulations, pitting its popular Mustang (which is featured in the video below) and F-150 variants against a bevy of environmental tests. Structural reliability will be assessed through the use of complex non-linear inclines, isolated temperature controls, motion plates, and more; and the system will ensure that each part is ready for the wildest of roads.
By utilizing this lab, ROUSH will be able to deliver the performance drivers expect - instantly identifying potential chassis weaknesses and improving their production process. Expect faster, fiercer vehicles within the coming months.

High-performance too often demands complicated installations. With every increase in torque comes a series of CAD designs and aftermarket add-ons, forcing you to stumble through endless CPU processes. Trying to push an engine to the limits is no easy task… or is it?
ROUSH believes it should be - which is why it’s paired the 2018 and 2019 Mustangs with a streamlined cold air kit. This exclusive technology suite delivers precise power without the expected complications, allowing the Stage 3 to impress.
Discover optimal pony performance. The cold air kit - which requires no custom calibration - amplifies every rev, utilizing a dry filter to increase overall air flow. Wire mesh promotes strong circulation, while the rigid dual-layer structure can endure each shake of the V8 block. Sturdy clamps pair with a foam-hood seal, ensuring that the system maintains a perfect alignment; and blow-molded tubes allow for precise pressure distribution. These elements combine to enhance throttle response, enabling the 2018 and 2019 Mustangs to achieve a 0 to 60 run of approximately four seconds.
To further delight drivers, however, ROUSH’s cold air kit doesn’t require a complicated installation. Instead certified dealerships can easily apply the mounting clamps, delivering class-leading power in a matter of minutes. Convenience has finally come to the sport market.

On September 4th the ponies left the corral - stampeding toward Myrtle Beach, cracking the pavement with every stomp of their hooves. For too long had they been kept from the open road; and the time had come to seek out east coast adventures.
We wish we could’ve joined the fun.
Recently ROUSH sent its pony fleet to South Carolina - participating in the annual Mustang Week. This event celebrates Ford’s signature platform, drawing car clubs and casual fans alike; and its five-day span delivers ample thrills, with drag strip races, dyno challenges, and SVT cruise-ins offered.
Most impressive, however, was the collection of ROUSH platforms on display. The aftermarket tuner hosted its first meet-and-greet at Mustang Week - with Stage One, Stage Two, and Stage Three rides arriving in full V8 force. Drivers proudly showcased their custom ponies, allowing gawking guests to see:
Active Exhaust Systems - which deliver bespoke decibel ranges with every rev.
Coilover Suspensions - which promise adjustable link designs and adaptable cornering capabilities.
Aero Pockets - which sluice away wind to ensure maximum traction.
Continental Racing Tires - which yield all-season treads and premium rubber compounds.
… and more!
The full ROUSH fleet was represented, with cars both classic and new claiming space at Myrtle Beach; and we can only hope this serves as the start of a supercharged tradition.

The future of fastback performance has arrived - and it’s more than we could have hoped for. With the release of the exclusive Aero Kit, ROUSH is redefining the pony market, bringing premium power to every mile.
Are you ready?
ROUSH Has just unveiled its Mustang Aero Kit - an aftermarket option that transforms the 2018 model into a true track beast. Front pockets line the fenders, sluicing away the air; while a high-flow lower grille counters rain, sleet, and other environmental frictions. Rear foils are mounted along the sides, funneling downforce conditions away from the car; and a chin splitter anchors the bumper, utilizing both heat extractors and wind shrouds to break every gust.
Each of these elements is meticulously designed to improve performance - enhancing the 2018 Mustang’s 5.0L Coyote V8 engine by eliminating drag. The platform no longer struggles against the wind. Instead it cuts through it with precision, utilizing the Aero Kit to ensure maximum resistance. This pushes every rev to the limits, creating a power-band of 700 HP and 610 lb.-ft of torque. Track victories are assured.

Prepare to take the ultimate pony ride - with ROUSH delivering a new Mustang to the Vancouver streets. The Jackhammer is on its way!
According to Ford Authority, ROUSH will soon unveil its 2018 Mustang Jackhammer. This fastback will prove a beast on the track, promising a 7,500 redline and class-shattering performance. Anchoring it is the signature 5.0L Coyote V8, ably assisted by Eaton superchargers. A direct-injection system maximizes fuel distribution, stabilizing revs through precise resource management; while twin-vortices technology yields a displacement of 2,650 cubic centimeters. This ensures a power ratio of up to 710 - branding this model impossible to beat.
To further enhance performance, the 2018 Jackhammer will also feature ROUSH’s one-way adjustable suspension - which blends a coil-over design with integrated strut towers to improve rigidity. This allows the car to corner with greater precision, stiffening the chassis and reducing unwanted flexing. Precision is assured on both the track and the highway.
The new Jackhammer has launched in a few North American markets but will soon see an expansion this summer. To learn more about it - or to request a test-drive in one of our current ROUSH Mustangs - visit our dealership today.
Performance defines the sport market - with the value of every platform balanced against torque outputs and RPM ratios. ROUSH believes, however, that Vancouver drivers deserve more than mere power. Design should instead define each mile... which is why it's paired its 2018 729 Mustang with a sleek chassis.
Are you ready to be impressed?
According to Ford Authority, the 729 Mustang (which is named for its staggering HP capabilities) will prove at ease on the track and the runway - delivering a bold fastback style. It's crafted from carbon fiber, with the sides sculpted with care. The custom body kit connects drivers to powerful fender flares and a wide-tail rear, while a front splitter anchors the chrome grille. Black-capped side-view mirrors create a striking contrast to the metallic paneling (available colors include Shadow Black, Race Red, and Ingot Silver); and rocker molding highlights the long body. A hood scoop accommodates the bulging direct-injection 5.0L V8, while aero-foils flank the back. A spoiler proves the perfect finishing touch.
When combined, these elements elevate the 729 Mustang from fastback to show-pony - and they ensure that every stare will be captured on the highway.
