I visited key west to look at a used truck. Peter was very nice and fixed any problems with the truck so it would be safe and reliable for me, as well as suggested I contact him with any questions and concerns. I would definitely go back because of how nice and reasonable the staff were.
Pleasant experience with sales staff.
Buying a new (or near-new) vehicle can be a stressful experience. However, salesman Robert Klaus was very helpful and treated me fairly. They offered me a very reasonable amount for my trade-in and the financing and insurance arrangements were seamless. The vehicle was detailed and was ready to be driven home in less than an hour. I would recommend Key West to a family member or a friend.
Great dealership and sales person. Friendly, knowledgeable and not aggressive in the sale at all. Financing was a breeze too. Definitely recommend this place for a purchase

2019 Ford Mustang 201A Package
I bought the car before Christmas 2018. Peter helped me through the super easy and smooth process which was then passed on to Michelle, who did the rest of the transaction. I was very excited to have such car because of comfort, style, and the speed. Not to forget the loud engine as if there’s a war on the road when driving a mustang. I don’t have to elaborate into specifics but I love the car. After the transaction, Peter guided me through the technology, seats and modes of driving. Also, he didn’t promise me anything but before the day of purchase, I asked Peter some favours. One of them is the “key west ford” logo on the rear of the vehicle that I didn’t want to have. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the customer service that Peter provided. Sadly, I lost the car due to an accident which I’m not at fault. I only had the car for less than 7 months but moving on, I look forward on talking to Peter for another brand new mustang!
So helpful! Erick was fantastic.
Erick at Key West Ford was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy at all, showed us all the options we wanted and ended up with an even better car than we expected. Double thumbs up.
I bought a f450 from Ben this past week. Ben and his team went above and beyond my expectations. There was zero pressure and they worked hard to meet my needs. I highly recommend them!
Leave it to me.
We like to browse without being pursued, first point given to Jag Dhillon for simply saying, hello I am Jag, is there anything i can help you with. We like space when i shop, and Jag picked up pretty quick, how our personalities worked, and let us come to him with questions on our terms. The end result, we bought a car from him, he was most helpful in answering questions, as well as sharing knowledge.. i would definitely recommend buying a car from Jag Dhillon at Key West Ford. Our, new to us, preowned mini cooper roadster was a great deal, and i feel like the care we got was authentic. Great job!
Summer has come to the Lower Mainland - and you find yourself already reaching for a knob, turning it frantically until a cold burst of relief rushes into the cabin. Your car’s air conditioner is in a constant state of usage, sparing you from the horrors of hot days.
Key West Ford knows, however, that this can create potential problems as the season progresses - and the temperatures continue to rise.
According to CarFax, air conditioners will struggle during the summer. Trying to keep pace with driver demands can overwhelm systems (especially those more than five years old); and a series of concerns may arise as the season trudges on:
Diminished Airflow - with overall strength and temperature reduced.
Unusual Noises - with the compressor making a grinding or clicking sound.
Pungent Odors - with clogged filters releasing mold and mildew particles.
Water Droplets - with small pools forming at the base of the unit.
These are signs that your air conditioner is in distress - and they must be immediately responded to. Visit our Parts Department for a comprehensive console inspection. Our team will identify any potential issues with your system, and we’ll quickly create a custom solution to ensure that it can accommodate even the hottest days.

The weather has proven harsh - a series of springtime storms and winter woes. Every season brings a new challenge to conquer, and your car has experienced long miles of rain, sleet, and snow.
Is it any surprise, therefore, that your brake calipers have deteriorated?
According to AA1, brake calipers - which maintain steady pressure between the pads and rotor, affording enough friction to assure stoppage - are often compromised by weather. Their rubber seals are forced to endure high temperatures and sudden freezes alike, and this can cause the materials to become brittle over time. Fissures begin to form and, eventually, the items fall apart: leading to a loss in ABS responsiveness.
Typically, drivers will have to change these components every 160,934 kilometers - but constant wear can expedite this process. It is crucial, therefore, that any sudden loss of brake performance is identified and addressed. Be aware of sluggish pressure, fluid leakage, and a decrease in fuel efficiency. These are all signs of impaired calipers, and they can prove costly if not immediately responded to.
To learn more about when to replace your brake calipers contact our Parts Department today. We’ll offer custom solutions and assessments, ensuring that your vehicle is ready for the road (and the weather).

The numbers prove disconcerting - with every mile revealing a loss of fuel, a sudden drop in pressure. Your engine is waning; and you aren’t certain how to fix it.
It’s time to visit Key West Ford - where our Parts Department will assess the integrity of your intake manifold gasket. This component (which plays a pivotal role in fuel distribution) may be structurally compromised, creating a series of leaks that will penetrate the engine. A mix of air and gasoline can irreparably damage the powertrain, leading to costly corrosion and undermined performance. MPG ratings will fall; emissions will rise; and each sequence will prove slow.
To counter this, our team will recommend OEM-quality parts - connecting you to the right gasket for your specific make and model. We’ll also offer a multi-point inspection of your engine, ensuring that the damage doesn’t extend beyond the manifold (if it does, we’ll create a custom strategy to address any concerns).
A faulty intake manifold ranks among the most common car problems - but our team is ready to offer a solution. To schedule an appointment with our Parts Department contact us by phone: 604-520-3047.
Too often do spark plugs dominate repair concerns - with Vancouver drivers fretting always about combustion sequencing and engine revs. Key West Ford knows, however, that these parts may not prove the source of ignition failure. Instead the answer may lie farther beneath the hood.
What Is An Ignition Coil?
According to Yahoo Auto, an ignition coil enables the engine to perform at optimal rates. These induction parts channel low-voltage energy from the battery directly into the spark plugs, converting currents into combustion. This allows the powertrain to complete all sequences and achieve its redline.
Whenever this part fails, however, drivers will discover a series of complications - including engine misfires, jerky idle motions, and sudden loss of fuel. This happens with relative frequency (Yahoo Auto places it in the Top Ten of most common vehicle repairs); and it’s typically caused by prolonged exposure to electrical currents.
Afraid that your ignition coil may be in need of replacement? Visit our dealership today and allow our Parts Department to perform a diagnostic examination. We’ll identify any potential concerns and, if necessary, recommend OEM options based upon your vehicle’s specific needs.
The signs are unmistakable. Every day your car experiences a series of winter woes, with its alternator struggling to make a connection. Headlights flicker; a battery sputters; and a peculiar smell lingers with each mile, reminding you of burning rubber.
It’s time for an alternator upgrade, Vancouver.
As How Stuff Works explains, the alternator proves are essential component to every rev - controlling overall power distribution and maintaining precise charge levels for key battery functions. Winter, however, can strain this console (with drivers continually increasing usage of headlights, windshield wipers, climate controls, and more). Malfunctions are common and this can trigger a variety of issues, with all major electrical elements affected. Expect interrupted sequencing, as well as audio (bush rattling) and visual (misaligned belts) cues.
To counter this we suggest visiting our Parts Department. Our team will efficiently asses your alternator, determining whether a new unit is needed and (if it is) recommending quality-grade options. We’ll also provide multi-point inspections on your vehicle’s additional systems to ensure that they remain in-tact.
Don’t risk winter travels with a faulty alternator. Allow our team to instead provide the perfect replacement. Schedule an appointment with our Parts Department today!
The holiday rush has ended - but this brings no reprieve for you. Your schedule still proves a whirl of errands and obligations, those carefully planned family excursions. There is much to do; and every hour has already been charted in a calendar.

The road proves slick - stretching out in endless wet miles, its yellow lines turned white from the frost. You frown, uncertain of how to proceed. Every press of the pedal so far has yielded only sliding, and you fear that your car simply can’t continue on.
We suggest finding a way to our dealership - and requesting winter tires.
The season demands much from cars, with plummeting temperatures forcing drivers to battle dying batteries and fizzling spark plugs. It’s crucial, therefore, to eliminate as much winter worry as possible; and snow tires prove the best way to do this. Visit Key West Ford today and allow us to connect you to the specialized tread patterns you need. These options defend against sudden skids, with their widened interlocks more efficiently slicing through ice. Carefully treated rubber resists the cold, maintaining its structural integrity; and the rims are reinforced to enhance overall stability.
This provides drivers with safer travels - with winter tires enhancing traction distribution to promote smooth revs. Navigating the highway, AutoBlog explains, will prove a far simpler task compared to relying on summer-specific options.
In need of a tread upgrade? Schedule an appointment with ours Parts Department today. We’ll gladly provide you with access to the perfect tires for your vehicle - as well as offer further winterizing solutions.
Across your windshield they come - twigs and leaves, stitched together with early morning rain. You frown, wanting to escape this seasonal onslaught; but, as you try to activate your car’s wiper blades, you realize this will prove quite difficult. They creak along the glass, pushing ineffectually at the debris and leaving messy streaks. This… is not what you want.
We think it’s time for an upgrade.
Come to Key West Ford! Our Parts Department will happily offer you access to a selection of blades - ensuring that your vehicle is ready for even the harshest downpour. We’ll inspect your current wipers, identifying any potential issues (such as compound cracks or joint stiffening); and then we’ll provide suggestions about available brands, styles, and even maintenance routines. You’ll soon be able to drive in full confidence.
Unsure how long it’s been since your last blade replacement? As How Stuff Works explains, riders should typically exchange wipers between every 12 to 18 months. This is due to constant exposure to extreme weather patterns - with both heat and snow wreaking havoc on rubber materials. Changing temperatures will cause the compounds to constrict, fissuring exteriors and leaving structures undermined. This ultimately weakens their mobility - rendering them incapable of performing a full sweeping motion and causing glass to remain dirty. It’s crucial, therefore, to schedule an appointment with our Parts Department to maintain visibility in the months to come.
Summer brings brutal heat and sticky humidity; winter summons sleet and salt. You’re grateful, therefore, for this brief fall reprieve - certain that your car will be safe for (at least) a few months.
This… is not quite true.
While a mild climate does indeed promise relief for your car, the Key West Ford team knows that now is the time for action (not rest). The structural integrity of each part - from the brake pads to the suspension joints, the tail-lights to the radiator seals - may be compromised: having been subjected to less-than-optimal summer conditions. Extreme heat can easily damage a vehicle, with UV rays affecting:
Cabin - exposure to sunlight impacts all soft-touch materials, causing leather to fade and vinyl to crack.
Tires - rising temperatures can create dramatic fluctuations in pressure, expanding and constricting the rubber until it weakens.
Battery - fluid will dissolve in the heat, leading to circuit sequence failures.
Summer can wreak havoc on vehicle parts - and this is why it proves essential to schedule a fall inspection. Allow our team to conduct a multi-point examination of your car, verifying the condition of each component to ensure that no problems will arise this winter. We’ll immediately note any concerns and will then create a custom strategy to counter them, providing road-worthy service for the season.
