Me and my wife was lost looking for the car dealer we want to go to.im so glad we passed by Keywest Ford and met Allan. He’s such a terrific salesperson. He’s got answers to all our questions and a lot of things he could suggest for a very good deal.

We purchased a truck from Colton H. Yesterday. It was a pleasure working with him.. He was professional, personable and efficient. The whole process was positive ......even the financing with Nicholas T (who was very accommodating, informative and pleasant) was stress free.
Thanks to both of you!
Nancy and Brad
Fantastic Salesman, beware additional fees!
I purchased a vehicle from Alan at the beginning of the month and he was a pleasure to work with. Very quick response to my email enquiry and set up a test drive at my convenience. He was friendly and professional throughout the entire process making sure that the whole transaction was a pleasant one. However, the dealership has a couple of additional fees they add to your purchase after you've agreed to a price. A $199 insurance transfer fee and a $795 service fee which added $1000 to the final invoice presented for signature. No mention of these fees before this which was disappointing. Fees are a necessary evil when buying a vehicle but this dealership needs to be up front about them like they are with the documentation fee of $599.
We have just purchased a car from Robert and it was a great experience. We inquired about a car via email and Robert was extremely fast to respond by email as well as by phone. Robert was very friendly and professional and helped us to purchase the exact car we wanted. The whole transaction was fast and painless due to a great team at Key West Ford Sales Ltd. I would recommend Robert to anyone who looks for a new or a used car. Thank you very much!
New F150 purchase
Right from when I drove onto the lot Robert was very professional and knowledgeable and easy to deal with which made the whole process of purchasing my first truck a breeze.
Wife's first car !
I went to key West to find a vehicle for my wife for Christmas. Stressed out with all the garbage on Craigslist al helped me get into I decent vehicle and make her morning special. This was my second vehicle purchased from key West and i will be back for my third. Thanks Allen
Dealt with Jag in sales and Nicholas in Financing.
Great experience with both guys. No BS ! The perfect way to buy a vehicle.
Would definitely deal with these guys again
Al made my experience very easy. Although the vehicle had a pending sale he made sure that I was able to have a good look at the truck and drive it while I was there instead of having to come back another time. He met me at the dealership (on his day off )the day the truck did become available. He worked with me and the service Dept to explain the few things that needed to be done to the vehicle which was a big part of why I went ahead and bought it. Megan made sure I had a vehicle and called to let me know how the repairs were progressing and when I would be able to pick it up. Overall great experience. I felt zero pressure to buy. It was the exact opposite experience I had earlier the same day at another dealership.
Positive , friendly and knowledgable salesmen !
Jag listened to me and found a vehicle that fit my needs and price point ! He made sure I was taken care of and satisfied . Great customer service skills !
There is perhaps no date more important than March 20th. On that day spring will arrive, signaling the end of wet roads and ever-spiraling temperatures. It will be a time to celebrate... and a time for the Key West team to shed their winter coats and slip into something sporty (like a Mustang, Fusion or Fiesta).
A month separates us and the rest of New Westminster from March 20th, however - and that means that winter tires are still essential.
Key West Ford strongly urges our customers to continue using their winter tires. Don’t let the promise of spring undermine the importance of proper traction - and, if your treads seem too thin, hurry to our Service Department to choose replacements.
Studded winter tires deliver superior traction, utilizing thick sipes to grip the ground and break through the snow. They’re meant for rugged terrains and unplowed backroads, ensuring safe treks through even the most extreme temperatures.
Due to their strong grips, studded tires are sometimes banned in neighborhoods (there is a persistent worry of road damage). Non-studded options, therefore, will prove necessary. These feature slimmer sipes, allowing them to move more freely across the asphalt. They’re well-balanced and offer effective gripping.
All-weather tires are often touted as the ultimate compromises, sparing drivers the need for seasonal rotations while still providing protection. Key West Ford does not recommend these options for our customers, however. Their compounds aren’t intended for freezing temperatures, and their looser treads won’t adapt to anything more than slush.
Let us choose the right tires for your car and your environment. Contact our Service Department today to schedule a comprehensive tread check!
