Was looking for a used compact car to tow behind our RV. Jag Dhillon went the extra mile at every step in the process. He was very knowledgeable, listing features of cars we considered, ensured the one we chose was legally towable, provided items the previous owner didn't provide and worked with both the parts and service departments when we had questions. Peter Olson checked on us a few times to ensure we had all the info we needed. Michelle Kellough clearly explained the optional extended warrantee coverage and costs as well as finalizing all the sale paperwork.The dealer has an ICBC rep onsite so we were able to insure our new vehicle and take the vehicle with us. Would definitely buy through this dealer again.

From my first experience with the sales person that no longer works with them, to working with the manager, and then working with the new salesperson, they were professional at all times. They were able to offer me a fair price for the my 2017 Fusion and took care of every detail and issue I had without hesitation. Robert made sure I was happy when all was said and done. If I buy another Ford in the future, I would go to Key West Ford for sure.

The first of our weekly radio broadcasts talking about the importance of customer service combined with innovation. Key West Ford has earned a solid position as a strong player in the business community. So much so that it has an excellent reputation with the Better Business Bureau. Flynn is responsible for Key West Ford’s move to an interactive web platform that enables customers to quickly find the car or truck they are looking for using a mobile device or from their desk tops at home. As social media becomes more and more mainstream Key West Ford’s use of integrated social media allows the dealership to connect in more innovative ways with a wide range of possible clients. One example is the use of a Facebook application called ‘Your Greatest Road Trip’. By connecting with users and their network of friends the fun and innovative contest allows the Key West Ford brand to be spread far and wide to a larger potential user base of future and current customers – using a medium like social networking and the Internet that is constantly changing. The ultimate goal is to be in the minds of vehicle purchasers in the lower mainland of Vancouver.
