This is my second purchase with Michael Nokes he is wonderful , his experience, great personality, knowledge and ability to treat people with respect brought me back , I know the sale would not have happened with out him .
After shopping around multiple dealerships and brands of trucks, i decide on getting myself a Ford F150.
I wasn't in to much of a rush to buy, but when i finally chose the truck i wanted Ryan and Jr helped me along the way with trading in my car and made the hole experience smooth as possible. They took the stress out situation which made buying the truck a lot more enjoyable and easier.
Would definatly go back to get my next truck or car at Key West again.
I was treated extremely well. Robert Antoniak provided answered all of my questions in a clear and concise manner. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Ford edge. During the whole process I did not feel pressure to buy. The business manager was great to deal with. Again no pressure. Wes was also knowledgeable and easy to deal with.
tne best experience for me
I was dealing with Michael Nokes and thru the whole process he delightful ,honest ,trustworthy , and totally dedicated to me and my needs. I was a bit of a pain in the butt for sure as it turned out I ran into some personal issues before I could complete the deal but they never waivered in their commitment to me and my purchase. I had even given a good sized deposit to hold my car choice but they never even questioned my request for a complete refund. When I get my personal stuff settled you can bet I am going back to this team for my purchase.....TOP NOTCH DEALERSHIP FOR SURE. A REFRESHING CHANGE IN AN INDUSTRY FILLED WITH NOT SO GOOD DEALERS.

Buying a vehicle is always a little stressful. Peter made my experience comfortable, listened to my concerns and worked together. Ivan assisted in completing the deal.
I just want to thank Ryan Leverette and Nicholas Terezakis for their great input and service when I purchased my car a little more than a month ago. they were helpful and intentional in making sure I got the best deal.
Best car buying experience ever!
When I needed to replace my very old car I was dreading the process of finding another one. I did not want to buy a brand new car and the unknowns with a used vehicle can make it an even more stressful experience. After spending a lot of time checking out and test driving cars from a number of dealerships and private sellers, I ended up at the Key West Ford used car lot. It was a Sunday, pouring rain and we were the only people walking the lot except for one lone sales associate, Robert Antoniak. He showed us the cars that fit my criteria and a 2013 Ford Focus really stood out because of its low milage and price. I called Robert a couple of days later and arranged to take the car for a test drive.
After the test drive Robert was able to provide me with the complete car history including the maintenance work they had done on it when it came to their dealership. Once I decided to purchase the vehicle, the process was so fast and easy as there is an insurance office right inside the dealership for fast and easy transfers. Robert then put my plates on, synced my phone to the car for hands free calls, and filled the tank. The only small issue with the car were some scratches on the back right bumper which Robert got the price reduced for even more and arranged to have Key West repair it, which has since been done beautifully. I would definitely recommend Key West Ford to anyone looking to buy new or used. Robert could not have been more helpful and informative, a real pleasure to deal with. With such low milage, I feel like I got a brand new car for half the price! Thank you.
They sold me a 2012 focus LEMON and wouldnt replace the vehicle within the month period. They avoided my calls and wouldnt return messages until the month was up. Now im stuck with a lemon that meeds a new clutch every 15,000 kms
This was all after they sold me an escape suv and then i get a phone call the next day saying "sorry, the boss's daughter wants this vehicle" so after washing it and filling the tank and signing the paper, I was told to "return the vehicle" and was given this lemon focus with nothing but clutch problems. Ps the car wasnt detailed and the tank was empty
Last night was the annual Vancouver Auto Show Gala. This formal affair is the kick off for whats new in the new vehicle line up for all makers. They pulled out the stops last evening.
We showed up at BC place last night for the 2012 Vancouver Car Show to be greeted with a glass of wine and checking our tickets were girls dressed as playboy bunnies. Not a bad start to the night if you ask me! Trying to manage walking around the colossal stadium juggling my camera, drink and purse while in 5 inch stilettos was another blog entry all together! On our trek down to the main stadium we had the chance to preview most of the new luxury vehicles . The look of love was on everyone’s face including my own. What is it about a brand new sports car that is so magical and other worldly? How does something used to get one from point A to B have the power to embody ones youth , freedom, sex, and class? It was like a bunch of kids pressing their faces up against a window looking at a candy shop!
As we made our way toward the last corridor we walked through the doors and stepped into the main event. The sheer size of the new BC place was a little overwhelming in itself, but add wall to wall cars, projected visuals and flashing lights to the mix and you feel like you were in Vegas. All the stops seemed to have been pulled out for this event. The food included everything from dim sum to mini burgers to sushi and the drinks were certainly not excluded from diversity. Amazingly informative sake tasting, bubble tea martinis and a great beer and wine selection were amongst some of the drinks they were serving up. The entertainment was pretty laid back but suiting to the occasion. Everything seemed to be perfectly calculated as to not outshine the main event, the cars.
The event was a great kick start for the 2012 Auto Show. You couldn’t help but marvel at the exquisite craftsmanship of the vehicles and displays. There is something for everyone at this show, even if you don’t consider yourself a car enthusiast. This event is only once a year so take advantage of the opportunity to get out in the city and do something different!
