Great no pressure sales advice and service. Very impressed with the whole sales experience and the car we purchased. The whole experience was excellent from initial enquiry to driving the vehicle away
Very friendly and helpful
Had an awesome experience at key west ford they were very helpful and friendly. They helped me walk out with a brand new car that I couldn't be happier with
Key West Ford
Very professional, all the Key West individuals were pleasant to deal with and at the same time were all business. Paperwork was quick and painless. Good experience
Excellent sales team, Jeremy was friendly, helpful definitely a great car buying experience. Will recommend Jeremy to friends and family. My second vehicle purchase at Key West, great dealership.
Buying a Ford.
It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Phil, Ivan, and Michelle. There was no pressure tactics and it was a comfortable atmosphere. How they got me into a Ford after I've been a GMC/Chvy my whole life says something about their character and professionalism. Thoroughly enjoying my Ford F150. Thank you.
Helpful, I didn't feel pushed. They knew my budget and stuck to it. Robert was excellent. I love their warranty on used cars. They stuck by their word.
My salesman was Robert Klaus,he was always helpful from when I first phoned him about the add in the paper to when I picked up my new truck. The finance guy was great,Nicholas Terezakis he wasn't trying push anything extra and was very helpful even though the 599 they charge for paperwork is a little steep. The reason I gave the dealership a 3 star rating was I found the management pushy ,I guess that is the way they become no. one in sales.Wes the sales manager also didn't fulfil his promise of giving my accessories for my truck at dealers cost which was promised, only gave 10% off retail , not much of a savings .Also when I picked up the truck we found some scratches on it,they promised to fix it but it still means coming back on my time.
Dealing with Robert as my salesperson was a relief, the high pressure you would expect was non existent, and everything was presented to my wife and I very friendly and professional. All my questions were pretty much being answered before I asked them, There were a few concerns about the pre-owned vehicle I was about to purchase and all those concerns were taken care of, no questions asked...most excellent experience with a big dealership for my wife and I, I would highly recommend seeking out Mr. Klaus for his above and beyond customer service...Thanx Key West Ford !
Robert helped me decide which model best fit my needs and took the time to test drive a couple of cars. Overall, it was a relaxed and professional experience.
Last night was the annual Vancouver Auto Show Gala. This formal affair is the kick off for whats new in the new vehicle line up for all makers. They pulled out the stops last evening.
We showed up at BC place last night for the 2012 Vancouver Car Show to be greeted with a glass of wine and checking our tickets were girls dressed as playboy bunnies. Not a bad start to the night if you ask me! Trying to manage walking around the colossal stadium juggling my camera, drink and purse while in 5 inch stilettos was another blog entry all together! On our trek down to the main stadium we had the chance to preview most of the new luxury vehicles . The look of love was on everyone’s face including my own. What is it about a brand new sports car that is so magical and other worldly? How does something used to get one from point A to B have the power to embody ones youth , freedom, sex, and class? It was like a bunch of kids pressing their faces up against a window looking at a candy shop!
As we made our way toward the last corridor we walked through the doors and stepped into the main event. The sheer size of the new BC place was a little overwhelming in itself, but add wall to wall cars, projected visuals and flashing lights to the mix and you feel like you were in Vegas. All the stops seemed to have been pulled out for this event. The food included everything from dim sum to mini burgers to sushi and the drinks were certainly not excluded from diversity. Amazingly informative sake tasting, bubble tea martinis and a great beer and wine selection were amongst some of the drinks they were serving up. The entertainment was pretty laid back but suiting to the occasion. Everything seemed to be perfectly calculated as to not outshine the main event, the cars.
The event was a great kick start for the 2012 Auto Show. You couldn’t help but marvel at the exquisite craftsmanship of the vehicles and displays. There is something for everyone at this show, even if you don’t consider yourself a car enthusiast. This event is only once a year so take advantage of the opportunity to get out in the city and do something different!
