During the whole process I did not feel pressure to buy. The business manager was great to deal with. Again no pressure. Wes was also knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

I was dealing with Michael Nokes and thru the whole process he delightful ,honest ,trustworthy , and totally dedicated to me and my needs. I was a bit of a pain in the butt for sure as it turned out I ran into some personal issues before I could complete the deal but they never waivered in their commitment to me and my purchase. I had even given a good sized deposit to hold my car choice but they never even questioned my request for a complete refund. Best car buying experience ever!
When I needed to replace my very old car I was dreading the process of finding another one. I did not want to buy a brand new car and the unknowns with a used vehicle can make it an even more stressful experience. After spending a lot of time checking out and test driving cars from a number of dealerships and private sellers, I ended up at the Key West Ford used car lot. It was a Sunday, pouring rain and we were the only people walking the lot except for one lone sales associate, Robert Antoniak. He showed us the cars that fit my criteria and a 2013 Ford Focus really stood out because of its low milage and price. I called Robert a couple of days later and arranged to take the car for a test drive.
After the test drive Robert was able to provide me with the complete car history including the maintenance work they had done on it when it came to their dealership. Once I decided to purchase the vehicle, the process was so fast and easy as there is an insurance office right inside the dealership for fast and easy transfers. Robert then put my plates on, synced my phone to the car for hands free calls, and filled the tank. The only small issue with the car were some scratches on the back right bumper which Robert got the price reduced for even more and arranged to have Key West repair it, which has since been done beautifully. I would definitely recommend Key West Ford to anyone looking to buy new or used. Robert could not have been more helpful and informative, a real pleasure to deal with. With such low milage, I feel like I got a brand new car for half the price! Thank you.
They sold me a 2012 focus LEMON and wouldnt replace the vehicle within the month period. They avoided my calls and wouldnt return messages until the month was up. Now im stuck with a lemon that meeds a new clutch every 15,000 kms
This was all after they sold me an escape suv and then i get a phone call the next day saying "sorry, the boss's daughter wants this vehicle" so after washing it and filling the tank and signing the paper, I was told to "return the vehicle" and was given this lemon focus with nothing but clutch problems. Ps the car wasnt detailed and the tank was empty

After some bad news about a wrong price on the website, Ryan offered me a great deal and provided me an awesome sale experience. Ryan personally took a couple of hours to make sure that I would get the best deal for my trade in car and get the car that I've always wanted. He gave me a lot of time and space to think and make my final decision, without trying to push things desperately like any other salesperson. I'd recommend Ryan to anyone that is looking for a good and safe transaction. Honestly, the only inconvenient (and in this case I believe that it is a Ford process problem), was that I had to wait almost two hours for the car to be ready (washed, full tank, etc) and complete all the documentation.
