The last time I made my own car-buying decision was in 1984. I was nervous; I had done some research, knew what I was looking for (more or less). I didn't want to be pressured but I also recognized my inexperience with cars. Key West Ford has a 30-day/2000 km 1-time vehicle exchange policy so that was a huge factor in my decision to buy with them. Peter was friendly, efficient and thankfully, not pushy. I bought my pre-owned vehicle. And then I had some minor trouble (addressed well by the Service Dept.), and realized I bought something older (and less costly) than what I should have. So... I thought I would test them on their 'vehicle exchange program'. Delighted does not describe how easy it was! Peter was away and Ryan stepped in, and almost as quick as you can say "Happy Customer" I was set up with my newer (more expensive, but still a great deal) Escape. I am a satisfied customer, and have no hesitation recommending Key West and their team.
My wife and I are so thankful to Michael and admire his level of service and experience in aquiring our first vehicle. My wife and I were thinking about purchasing a used vehicle, but Michael got us into a brand new Ford Escape and we just love it!!!!!!. We got what we were looking for and also at the price that my wife and I had budget for. I went in to buy an advertised used car so I knew what I wanted. My salesman knew how to move my examination of the vehicle along and then the purchase. I didn't feel "pushed" into anything maybe because of the experience of the salesman so he could "read me" and match his approach to mine.
The vehicle was made ready to pick up for when I was available to pick it up (later the same day.... maybe the only part where I felt a little "pushed" heh,heh,heh...).
Anyway, I'm quite happy with the service I got and I give full marks to my salesman, Mike Nokes , who was pleasant, calm and reasonable to deal with.
I'd go back to this dealership again, especially if I could have Mike as my salesman again.
