Great no pressure sales advice and service. Very impressed with the whole sales experience and the car we purchased. The whole experience was excellent from initial enquiry to driving the vehicle away
Very friendly and helpful
Had an awesome experience at key west ford they were very helpful and friendly. They helped me walk out with a brand new car that I couldn't be happier with
Key West Ford
Very professional, all the Key West individuals were pleasant to deal with and at the same time were all business. Paperwork was quick and painless. Good experience
Excellent sales team, Jeremy was friendly, helpful definitely a great car buying experience. Will recommend Jeremy to friends and family. My second vehicle purchase at Key West, great dealership.
Buying a Ford.
It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Phil, Ivan, and Michelle. There was no pressure tactics and it was a comfortable atmosphere. How they got me into a Ford after I've been a GMC/Chvy my whole life says something about their character and professionalism. Thoroughly enjoying my Ford F150. Thank you.
Helpful, I didn't feel pushed. They knew my budget and stuck to it. Robert was excellent. I love their warranty on used cars. They stuck by their word.
My salesman was Robert Klaus,he was always helpful from when I first phoned him about the add in the paper to when I picked up my new truck. The finance guy was great,Nicholas Terezakis he wasn't trying push anything extra and was very helpful even though the 599 they charge for paperwork is a little steep. The reason I gave the dealership a 3 star rating was I found the management pushy ,I guess that is the way they become no. one in sales.Wes the sales manager also didn't fulfil his promise of giving my accessories for my truck at dealers cost which was promised, only gave 10% off retail , not much of a savings .Also when I picked up the truck we found some scratches on it,they promised to fix it but it still means coming back on my time.
Dealing with Robert as my salesperson was a relief, the high pressure you would expect was non existent, and everything was presented to my wife and I very friendly and professional. All my questions were pretty much being answered before I asked them, There were a few concerns about the pre-owned vehicle I was about to purchase and all those concerns were taken care of, no questions asked...most excellent experience with a big dealership for my wife and I, I would highly recommend seeking out Mr. Klaus for his above and beyond customer service...Thanx Key West Ford !
Robert helped me decide which model best fit my needs and took the time to test drive a couple of cars. Overall, it was a relaxed and professional experience.
What’s that sound? Could it be the roar of a four-cylinder engine? Could it be the rattle of six-piston calipers? Or could it even be the crush of Pirelli tires against the pavement?
It’s all three - because the Fiesta ST is coming to SEMA 2015!
On November 3rd, Ford will dazzle SEMA audiences, connecting them to a series of design innovations: from the modified Mustang to the fierce F-150 to the sporty Edge. Its entire 2016 lineup will be represented.
And among those representations will be the new Fiesta ST.
According to Car and Driver, Ford will premiere two versions of the new ST: the Cinemotive Media and the DSPORT. Each of these mods will deliver incredible power and undeniable style.
Expect a Cobo-turbocharger in this ST, with a two-piece rotor platform and BC Racing coil-overs. The color scheme will be a striking blue and black.
A 1.6L four-cylinder will rev this ST to over 400 HP. This will combine with KW coil-overs and an Eibach anti-roll bar, as well as a Sparco-inspired interior.
These hot hatchbacks, Car and Driver reports, are intended for the track and promise exceptional performance.
Are you impressed? We are!
