A week ago I bought a car I had never heard of from a fellow smart enough to listen well and make the suggestion. Rob VanOverschot was personable, never pushy and able to pick up on the feedback I gave him to suggest that the Fusion might be the one. It was the one and I am really happy with it. Rob is an excellent sales guy, helpful, knowledgeable and patient; the type you should find in a car showroom but don't often do. My husband and I really appreciated working with him as well as the rest of the team at this excellent dealership. The buying process was seamless and without obstacles. And this was a local business I was happy to support. Thank you to everyone at Key West Ford.
Unexpected Pleasant Experience
Like most people, a visit to a car dealership is not something one looks forward to. However, my visit to Key West Ford proved to be an unexpected pleasant experience, resulting in the purchase of a used vehicle. The staff I dealt with were all very friendly, professional and efficient.
My primary contact was Robert Klaus. His friendly, no pressure sales approach made me feel very comfortable, not something I expect or have experienced from most car dealerships. He provided me with all of the information I needed to make my final purchase decision. He has provided me with additional follow-up information and support which is greatly appreciated.
I would definitely recommend Robert and Key West Ford if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. You have nothing to loose and may also have an "unexpected pleasant experience".
Make that 5
I recently purshased a new F-150. It will be my 5th vehicle from Key west. Everytime they treat me great. I found my latest truck on line. Ryan and JR in the internet dept were quick to get back to me with different options for trucks. Michelle in finance is a sweet heart. Made sure I got the best rates and best term. Wes the sales manager is always good to negotiate with and we always come to a fair price that we are both happy with. Phil the salesman took the time to really find what my needs are and was able to find me the perfect truck. He was very knowledgeable and made the entire process very enjoyable. I know where I'm going for my next ride. key West ford.
Excellent Customer Service!!
Robert Klaus was of great help. He dedicated his time and effort into helping me find the right car. A very good salesman who doesn't act like a salesman instead makes you feel very comfortable and is super friendly. I would definitely reccomend him to anyone looking to buy a car.

Well worth the trip, no pressure sales team.
We live on the Sunshine Coast with a limited selection of the type of car we were looking for, the Keywest web site had a few on their lot so we made a call to Michael and planned to drop by on the weekend. Not only did we find what we were looking for, a week later we decided we loved the model, the Fusion Titanium, but didn't like the colour, so we came back and traded it in for a year newer fully loaded model and true to Michael's word, the swap was seamless. All other car salesmen could benefit from following Michael around for a day because his style, attitude and sense of humour is very refreshing compared to the agents we dealt with before coming to Keywest. There was absolutely no sales pressure and we were never rushed or pushed into anything, we told him what we wanted and he bent over backwards to make it happen, no detail was overlooked, right down to programming our navigation system to get us back to the ferry terminal. Thank you Michael and the rest of the Keywest team, you guys break the stereotype of the used car salesman.

Best Experience Ever
Everything about buying my (new to me) vehicle was such a fun and positive experience. Everyone that I had dealings with was knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. All my needs were met and by far this was the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had.
Repulsive customer service threatening behavior
Cam and Tony(management) are two of the greasiest car dealers ever. There service centre also screwed my car up when it went in for servicing. DONT EVER BUY A VEHICLE AT KEY WEST FORD. LOCATED AT 301 STEWARDSEN WAY BURNABY. THEY ARE CROOKS TAKE YOUR BUISNESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. SAVE YOUR SELF
Happy experience joining the Ford family.
The moment we entered the office the staff was very helpful. Soon we were introduced to Peter Olson. He is very friendly person. He was very patient with us through the whole process, answered all our questions and wasn't pushy at all. We will be back and will recommend Key West Ford to our friends.
Thank you guys.
Jag Dhillon Rocks
Jag Dhillon helped me get the PRECISE car of my dreams at the price I could afford. I have been researching my purchase for two years and have a ton of specifications but he found the vehicle I wanted and negotiated on my behalf so I could afford it. As a generally impatient person, he also kept the back and forth to a bare minimum, allowing me to skip the BS and just BUY A CAR! Thank Goodness! I couldn't have done it without the streamlined process he embraced.
