My sales Rep, Jag Dhillon was very helpful and knowledgeable, and did not pressure me. He helped me decide what I wanted. Michael is phenomenal! Right from the start, he was upfront and transparent with us. Did not mislead us or make false promises like our previous experiences at other dealerships. He helped us feel at ease and was so friendly. He told us exactly what we were getting and that is, exactly what we got. We could not have been any happier. We walked in to key West Ford unsure if we would even be financed and at a rate that we were comfortable with. These guys, Michael and the finance manager Nick, worked tirelessly to get us what we wanted. Jumping through hoops trying to find us the best deal. I truly did not believe we would drive off their lot in a brand new vehicle. But they were miracle workers and they made it happen!! Thank you so much for everything! I highly recommend Jag at Key West Ford to assist you in your pursuit of a new /used car. He is great to work with or chat about a vehicle. He is very calm and upfront and doesn't pressure you at all...even though we took up his whole afternoon...till closing. I initially began my research of what type of Mustang convertible I wanted to purchase buy looking at the adds online and reading reviews about what was good and what was not. I decided to do the online build at Ford online and then made the mistake of inputting my personnel info at the end, to see an internet price from a local dealer. That mistake resulted in a lot of phone calls form a un-named dealer...which I ignored...as I already made up my mind that I wanted to only deal with Key West Ford...based on the top notch reviews they had already received over the past while. Lesson learned...Don't input your info unless you are prepared to speak to someone that will phone you about making an appointment to buy a car. After reading many of the customer write ups from Jag's reviews, I decided he was the one I wanted to deal with. To make a long story short, the day I went to Key West Ford, Jag was already on the lot as I approached the Mustang section and I found him right away...I recognized him from his picture from this site. After talking with him for a while, he was quite helpful in test driving a number of different Stangs, the GT was the winner...a given if you know Stangs. He was a great help with my pursuit of the Stang convertible I wanted...a 2013 Mustang GT premium convertible with Navigation. After deciding what Stang I wanted, we did the paperwork and haggled a price for my trade in...an older eclipse convertible. I didn't get the trade in price I had hoped for, but since I didn't want the hassle of selling my car privately + have to keep insurance on it + pay for parking/storage fees, (all which I have already done in the past when I purchased my present car) I accepted a lower trade in price after some thinking and completed the purchase. All in all, I highly recommend Jag and Key West Ford if you are in the market for a car...or Stang!!! They are very professional, very friendly and you will feel at ease.

It seems like just yesterday our friends to the south of us were celebrating Thanksgiving – now we the Holiday Season is in full swing! With that the year is soon to come to an end. Many of us reflect on the year gone by – events, accomplishments and change.

While change is good, so many things have happened over the last year that effected the lower mainland new and used car market and with it – the way we connect with our customers. The car business has changed. It’s gone social. Social is suddenly huge. So is the mobile Internet.

We used to connect with our local market via traditional newspaper and other forms of advertising. Like many businesses we found that that alone wasn’t  working as well so we started looking around at what was happening online.

Social is definitely upon us. It is everywhere and has forever affected the way people look at the auto market, auto dealers and how they ultimately make a decision for a significant purchase.

Social networks and the various media options is really many voices all with a specific network of friends or connections. As a consequence people have grown numb to most marketing messages.

No doubt many people are in the market for a vehicle in the Lower Mainland of BC and beyond. Its our job to create messages and confidence in our  customers to rise above the noise and deliver a message anyone looking for a new our used vehicle is interested in following.

Storytelling is as old as mankind, but the stories now have to captivate readers (and potential car or truck buyers) into listening while using technology to deliver then attract folks to a common message.
