I bought my Jeep from there. It was the smoothest purchase i ever made. Tom was delightful. He wasn’t pushy as some sales people you might encounter. I’ve had a few sales people I dealt with a few dealership prior to buying my car and I made my decision with Ford because of this experience( I have to mention Hamid at Subaru Dealership at Boundary is also great.). Tom is very informative and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about Tom and how professional him and his management team was. Go with these guys if you want to have a piece of mind.

great guys. Rob set me up with a great truck, at a good price. when we were finishing, Ian came out and helped get the truck ready with paper work licence plates etc... Wes was a down to earth manager. I was impressed how these guys and everyone else in the sales department worked as a team. my truck was detailed perfectly. this guys in keywest ford knows how to go above and beyond in terms of customer satisfaction. we purchased a vehicle last week and all within 3 hours everything was done. the guys are really time efficient. robert was there all theway from the start to explain everything we need to know about the vehicle. he was very friendly. michelle was the best in getting us approved for the loan as well as finding the best rates for us. you will just notice the entire office staff working closely in a very happy environment.

It seems like just yesterday our friends to the south of us were celebrating Thanksgiving – now we the Holiday Season is in full swing! With that the year is soon to come to an end. Many of us reflect on the year gone by – events, accomplishments and change.

While change is good, so many things have happened over the last year that effected the lower mainland new and used car market and with it – the way we connect with our customers. The car business has changed. It’s gone social. Social is suddenly huge. So is the mobile Internet.

We used to connect with our local market via traditional newspaper and other forms of advertising. Like many businesses we found that that alone wasn’t  working as well so we started looking around at what was happening online.

Social is definitely upon us. It is everywhere and has forever affected the way people look at the auto market, auto dealers and how they ultimately make a decision for a significant purchase.

Social networks and the various media options is really many voices all with a specific network of friends or connections. As a consequence people have grown numb to most marketing messages.
