Professional service and a good purchasing experience
I had an excellent experience dealing with Robert Antoniak on my recent F150 purchase. After my initial test drive, I took some time to think about the purchase. Robert followed up with me but was not at all "pushy" which is something I value when dealing with a seller. I found him friendly and very easy to deal with. Robert really knows his products and had an answer for every question I had. I would recommend Robert and Key West Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
I also had an excellent experience setting up my financing with Michelle Kellough. Michelle went through all of the options and set me up with a finance plan that worked perfectly for me. Michelle is also very friendly and professional and I was quite happy with the service.
Allan was extremely patient and professional with me , showing me the best match to my needs . I am really happy with my choice so I do recommend you ask for him.
Very Happy With My Purchase
Robert Antoniak was professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions honestly. After having researched a few suitable vehicles on AutoTrader, I found a great car at Key West. Robert was eager to have me test-drive the vehicle, and I walked out with new (lightly used) car that afternoon. Very pleased with my purchase. Thanks to Michelle too!
Easy, breezy and pleasant experience re purchase of a 201...
Nothing but praise for the car; the service and the dealership and its culture. I have never had so painless and enjoyable experience at purchasing a car. Typically, it has been a somewhat anxiety-laden, somewhat pressured experience. Utterly different at Key West. Best experience ever in a car dealership. This will sound odd, but they seemed like friends.

A very friendly and welcoming dealership!
This dealership was very friendly and welcoming. All the associates were very helpful. We selected a vehicle and left a deposit and returned the next day and drive away as very happy car owners! Definitely recommend key west ford to anyone looking into buying a new or used vehicle!
Found Allan and rest of ground very good to deal with. He wasn't pushing and prepared to what was needed to get the sale. thanks
First time working with Key West - really enjoyed it
I came to Key West Ford looking at a very specific vehicle, hoping to trade out of a sedan into a small SUV. Ian was the sales guy on deck, and was very friendly and helpful. He understood that although a deal was possible, it wasn't guaranteed as I had appointments to see other vehicles.
We test drove the vehicle I was there to see (2017 Nissan Rogue), and he was very patient with the bad traffic on a Friday afternoon. He wasn't pushy or in a rush to get out of the car. We talked trade in potential on my old car, and about a possibility of a deal. I reviewed what he offered, and said I'd keep him in mind as I finished my other test drives.
Once those were done the next day, I selected the Key West Rogue as my car of choice. Ian was kind enough to come in on his Saturday off to help secure the offer he'd made me the day before, prepare the paperwork, and walk me through the process. I was never left alone, and never felt lost in the shuffle.
He also went to work scrambling to find me replacement floor mats (which had gone missing from the car) and a gas card to make up for the partially emptied tank.
It's worth mentioning too, every other employee I dealt with - every single one - was friendly. Whether it was another sales person taking two seconds to tell me where Ian was, the ladies at the front desk giving me directions, or dealing with the finance (Michelle was also awesome!), I didn't meet a single person at Key West that gave me a bad feeling.
Ian was a pro - dealt well, listened well, showed patience in asking for and landing the deal, and made me feel valued as a customer before moving on to any other business. I had a great experience dealing with him, and would do so again.
This has been the easiest car purchase I've ever made. Thanks Ian!
Thanks Allan for helping me find my next family vehicle.
I came in to the dealership looking to move up from a five seater sedan into a 7 seater SUV. Allan greeted me shortly after arriving and I let him know what I was looking for. I'm glad I didn't have to search all over for someone to help me like I've run in to at a few other dealerships. He fought through the cold weather to show me vehicle after vehicle till we found one that worked. We didn't end up doing the deal that day since it was a little more than what I had budgeted. Allan being the great guy that he is, called me a couple days later to let me know of more options that would be available for me from a new shipment that was coming in. I was happy that he kept working to help me well after I had left that day. Not every sales guy would go above and beyond like that. That's why I think he deserves 5 stars. The dealership did a great job making their vehicles available and did a fantastic detailing job on the slighty used vehicle that i purchased. I would have given Key West Ford 5 stars but I only received a half tank of gas when I left. I figured after giving them tens of thousands of dollars in business a full tank would have left a nice impression on their customer. It would have been completely empty if it wasn't for Allan seeing it before I left and he was quick to get it up to at least half for me. Overall a pretty good experience.

History often repeats itself - and March proved no exception, delivering a familiar sales pattern for Ford.
According to Yahoo Finance, the F-Series - anchored by the F-150, F-250, and F-350 - secured yet another chart win. The brand earned approximately 81,000 total units in March, easily besting the competition (Chevrolet Silverado, 42,410 units; GM Sierra, 60,870 units; Toyota Tundra, 9,538 units). This provided an impressive 10.1% year-to-year increase for Ford, further cementing its place within the market.
Unlike many companies - such as GM, which saw a consumer drop of 14.3% - Ford has managed to push its F-Series to the public forefront. North American drivers seek out this line-up more than any other, and they’ve helped to propel it to a staggering 40-year sales streak. No other pick-up can claim such a victory.
The F-Series serves as the premier pick-up fleet - and March’s record-breaking totals simply showcase the loyalty it’s earned from drivers.

In the Las Vegas desert they gather - those chrome-covered titans, all rumbling beneath the Nevada sun, all streaking quicksilver-fast down the strip. They are the critical favorites of the 2016 SEMA show, earning endless acclaim for their powerful engines and undeniable style. They’re ferocious; they’re fierce; they’re... all Fords.
Ford has delivered SEMA’s biggest hits, with AutoWeek reporting that it recently secured the show’s top honors. On November 1st, the company premiered more than 50 custom vehicles to the Las Vegas public - and these vehicles have generated extraordinary responses:
The Hottest Coupe: Ford Mustang.
The Hottest Hatchback: Ford Focus.
The Hottest Truck: Ford F-Series.
These awards come as no surprise (Ford won them last year) but they do come with expectations. Earning recognition at SEMA forces brands to create exceptional performance, with each car meant to provide both speed and style. We believe that the Mustang, Focus, and F-Series will have no trouble with that. These platforms promise innovation, blending: V8 engines, EcoBoost technology, Twin Vortices turbochargers, Intelligent All-Wheel-Drivetrains, and more. They’re ready for every road.
We’ve got our fingers crossed for accelerated production schedules and early arrivals.

The months have passed in slow anticipation. North American drivers have scoured spec sheets and spy photos, trying to find even a hint of information about the 2017 F-Series Super Duty - but many of their searches have been in vain. Ford has kept the details about this pick-up powerhouse hidden from the public.
This has finally changed.
Motor Trend recently revealed an in-depth look at the 2017 F-Series Super Duty, connecting consumers to the facts they crave. During an extended test-drive, the blog’s Tow Master team noted the following:
These specs highlight a staggeringly powerful truck - one capable of dominating every heavy-duty task. The 2017 F-Series Super Duty will prove a perfect addition to the Ford family, providing drivers with the performance they both need and deserve.

Less is more - or so the cliches claim. With the release of its 2017 F-Series, however, Ford is proving that bigger is indeed better.
According to Motoring Crunch, the 2017 F-Series will feature a supersized gas tank, delivering 48 gallons of best-in-class performance. This marks a strong contrast to previous platforms (which only offered 37.5 gallons) and allows drivers to better navigate the roads. No longer will they fret about low fuel and short distances. Instead they’ll experience improved mileage, with this pick-up boasting a reported 22 MPGs on the highway.
Motoring Crunch is quick to note that this ratio could improve. The 2017 F-Series connects drivers to an aluminum construction - which eliminates more than 500 pounds from its hulking frame. This reduces engine strain and allows for greater efficiency, promising potentially high MPG results.
The arrival of the 48-gallon gas tank is a timely one. North Americans remain concerned about ever-fluctuating fuel prices. The 2017 F-Series will allay those concerns, enabling them to Go Further with ease.

Ford believes that finding the perfect truck should never be a battle. This is why it recently launched a 29-city promotion for the 2017 F-Series, connecting drivers in the United States and Canada to premium power.
According to Edmunds, the 2017 F-Series will soon rev into 29 cities, allowing Ford fans to slip behind the wheel of the market’s premier pick-up. Experience best-in-class value, with the Super Duty delivering a 7,630 pound payload capacity, a 21,000 pound conventional towing capacity, and a 32,500 pound gooseneck capacity. These numbers promise effortless adaptability, with drivers able to haul the heaviest of loads.
To further ensure optimum results, Ford pairs its V8 platform with a series of signature technologies - including adaptive cruise control, radar-infused BLIS tail-lamps, and the Trailer Reverse Guidance System. This option allows men and women to quickly master the art of hitching, with high-definition cameras charting efficient back-up routes. Secure all cargo with ease.
The 29-city event allows Ford to provide consumers with the performance they deserve - and it also spares them lengthy waits at the dealership. To learn more about this promotion click here.

Consistency proves to be a cornerstone of the F-Series - with the venerable F-150, F-250, and F-350 steadily rolling to the top of the charts. June’s chart performance was the highest in months and this will surely propel these trucks into a record-breaking summer.

2016 is proving to be the year of the F-Series, with Ford’s signature pick-ups (including the F-150 and Raptor) breaking records with every passing day. The full-size market is crowded, but consumers are clearly favoring one brand - and the month of May ended with a staggering series of sales.
According to 24/7 Wall St., Ford earned 67,412 total units in May. This marks a 9% year-over-year increase from 2015, with the F-Series dominating over 40% of the full-size market. That number stunned analysts (but not the Key West team) and left the competition behind:
The F-Series effortlessly pushed past the market’s leading brands, delivering a new sales high for May. We anticipate that June will follow this same pattern, with strong consumer response from the F-150 and F-250 generating further purchases.
For more than three decades, the F-Series has dominated the charts - and 2016 will add yet another award to its tally.

In 1948 Henry Ford sought to change the driving experience - wanting to connect North Americans to the half-ton power they deserved, enabling them to dominate every task. To accomplish this goal, he created an automotive line like no other: the F-Series, a collection engineered to excel.
Excellence has since become the defining trait of the F-Series... and so has profitability.
According to CarBuzz, the F-Series is now the most profitable line-up ever launched. Through its popular models - including the F-150, F-250, and F-350 - it’s conquered the worldwide chart and provides Ford with the largest per unit total in history.
Key West Ford was stunned by the margins:
F-Series Sales: 2,605 units per day.
F-Series Profits: $13,000 per truck.
Daily Tally: 33,865,000.
These numbers are incredible, promising the world’s greatest per vehicle value. The F-Series allows Ford to continue its sales success - and it further emphasizes the enduring popularity of the F-150, F-250, and other signature models.

In December 2015, the Ford F-Series reached a momentous milestone - becoming North America’s best-selling pick-up line for its 34th consecutive year. Strong sales defined every quarter, with the venerable brand delivering exceptional power, performance, and all-terrain capabilities.
It seems this tradition is destined to continue through 2016.
According to Nasdaq, the F-Series led Ford to a robust February, with sales climbing 10%. This proves significant since winter often leads to tumbling quotas (low temperatures keep drivers away from the lots and inside their cozy homes). Response to the 2016 F-150, 2016 F-250, and 2016 F-350 has remained positive - and the surging unit totals have helped the brand dominate North America.
The Key West team isn’t surprised. The F-Series has always reigned supreme among our dealership, with drivers craving best-in-class towing and best-in-class payloads. This year will be no exception.
