Everything about my trip to Key West was great, Peter Olson, Wes Upton & Nicholas Terezakis were amazing to deal with. Super patient guys with a knack for customer service, never once did I feel like I was at a normal dealership, these guys made the car buying process super easy and not stressful.
My New Favourite Dealership!
My boyfriend and I were on the hunt for a new SUV, and we ended up being helped by Rob Vanoverschot. I was nervous about going to a dealership as I'd never purchased off of a lot before - and Rob made the process a breeze! He answered all of our questions and never made us feel pressured at all! We test drove about 6 different makes and models and fell in love with a 2019 Ford Escape. I would highly recommend Rob and Key West Ford, even the financing department and insurance department made this process enjoyable!
Not to mention they had the best prices around - and we came all the way out from Abbotsford!
Great Kai and jag were awesome
Great. Worked with my schedual, very helpful. Got back to me fast about all my questions. And even went out a got a keepsake i forgot in my grade in.
Michael and Monina
The most seamless car buying experience with Peter Olson!
It was an awesome experience from the time we walked on the dealer lot to the time we drove home our car. Super friendly Ivan, super helpful Gurj and super salesman Peter!
Erick was very friendly and personable and it was a pleasure to do business with him. I would recommend him and Key West if you’re looking for a vehicle.
Happy with the Flex
Patient and Kind
I was extremely happy with most of the folks I spoke with during my time at Key West. It took me 3 days of visiting the dealership to make sure I was making the right decision on the vehicle for my needs and my budget. All staff but one understood that this purchase wasn't an easy one to make within my budget. Peter Olsen, Michael Nokes and Robert Klaus really understood why I needed to take my time and research all my options. I appreciated their kindness and patience and didn't feel at all pressured into the sale.
Helpful and honest dealers. Car was well inspected and in advertised good condition. Overall the service was good and the sale was fair. Dean was great!
I saw an ad for a F350 at the lot. The truck was not on the lot due to construction. It took a day to get the truck so I could see it. I made a deal and drove it away that afternoon. Happy with the vehicle. Sales person was new to Key West and lacked knowledge of all the options on the truck.
Over and above
They were great. They did everything in their power to help us. They really know there stuff. They took the time to explain everything and answer all if our questions. They really want to make that we got everything we needed and more.

In 1932 Ole Kirk Christiansen - Danish carpenter and father of four - was struck with a sudden realization: his children, all reeling from the recent loss of their mother, needed a diversion. The Great Depression had wreaked havoc on his savings, however, and left him with few funds to spare for store-bought toys. He decided to make his own.
Carefully, Christiansen began to craft wooden shapes - ones that would eventually delight both his children and the rest of the world. The first Leg Godt (Play Well) sets were created... and these toys would serve as the cheerful foundation for one of the world’s most influential companies: the Lego Group.
For more than fifty years, Lego has served as the premier toy manufacturer - thrilling children and adults alike with its bold colors, interlocking designs, and pop culture references. The decades have yielded countless brick-building sets, allowing individuals to build monuments to their imaginations.
Now they can build monuments to their favorite cars - because Lego has just released sets for the Ford Mustang and the Ford F-150.
According to Car and Driver, Ford and Lego have partnered for the Speed Champions series. These automotive kits feature the 2016 Mustang and the 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor, both brilliantly rendered in block form. Chrome fans can now devote hours to assembling, disassembling, and redesigning two of the world’s most iconic platforms.
Are you excited? We certainly are!
The Lego Mustang set features 185 pieces, allowing builders to build a car, mechanic, and track lap-time stand. The F-150 Raptor set, comparatively, offers 664 pieces to create an engine stand, drag-tree, mechanic’s station, and trailer. Which will you be bringing home?

The ride is long and hard. Hooves slam against the ground, causing ripples of dirt and old blood; silver buckles glisten in the sunlight; and a cowboy hat goes tumbling through the air, its brim battered from the constant push-pull-push of competition. This is a bull ride... and it’s North America's original high-performance (highly dangerous) event.
It's also the sport of choice for Ford.
Ford recently premiered the Behind the Ride series, showcasing the Professional Bull Riders (PBR) Association and the relentless men and women determined to conquer it. This series - which offers insights into the world of riding - allows fans to experience both the triumphs and heartaches of being a cowboy. It also delivers unprecedented access to the world’s most famous arenas. Let’s take a sneak-peek of it now!

History repeats itself. The days always echo each other, and the decades reveal not so startling consistencies. Everything circles back to its beginning - especially in the automotive world, where Ford (once again) revs to the top of the charts.
In 2015 Ford saw its F-Series earn the coveted crown of best-selling truck... for the 39th year in a row. Led by strong sales from the F-150 (dubbed the best-selling vehicle in North America), this signature line dominated the chrome competition. Check it out!
The F-Series has forever been a consumer favorite, delivering best-in-class power across North America. To achieve 39 years of first-place performance, however, is a feat shared by no other - and, according to The Motley Fool, no rival even came close to challenging Ford’s position as pick-up king (sales in December alone topped 85,000 for the F-Series, an 8% increase from 2014).
Why is this important? It showcases Ford’s enduring popularity, with consumers constantly returning to both the F-Series and the brand’s other key models (Seeking Alpha reports record sales in 2015 for the Fusion, the Escape, and the Explorer). Loyalty has been well earned.
And we expect the F-Series to continue its reign for many years to come.

Less is never more in the automotive world. The quest for increased power, enhanced performance, and improved torque instead reigns - with engineers and aftermarket specialists alike forever trying to push out higher specs. There are times when this goal fails spectacularly.
There are other times, however, when it excels.
The partnership between Ford and Hennessey proves to be one of the latter moments.
According to MotorTrend, OEM-designer Hennessey recently released a naturally-aspirated kit for the 2016 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350. This kit - which pairs stainless steel headers with a high-flow catalytic design - generates an astounding 575 HP and 511 lb.-ft of torque, transforming the 5.2L V8 into a powerhouse (original numbers posted only at 526 HP and 429 lb.-ft of torque). This allows the pony-car to blitz down the track.
Upgrading the 2016 Shelby seemed impossible. This Mustang variant already delivered flat-plane architecture, responsive six-speed transmission, and a Torsen slip-differential. Hennessey, however, has pushed the car closer toward the finishing line - and the top of the sales chart.
We can’t wait to test this kit!

There is no vehicle more iconic - nor more beloved - than the Ford Mustang. Since 1965 it’s dominated both the sales chart and the awards podium, revving past the competition with fastback ease. In 2010, however, it took a stumble on the track. No longer was the pony-car the North American favorite. Instead the Chevrolet Camaro reigned supreme, with many wondering if it would rewrite history and claim the title of top convertible.
History, it seems, favors Ford - because the Mustang has returned with a record-breaking vengeance!
According to Car Scoops, the 2015 Mustang generated 122,345 units last year, achieving a staggering 48% increase over 2014. By comparison, the Chevrolet Camaro only earned 77,502 units, and the third-place Dodge Charger earned only 51,462. Drivers embraced the pony-car, responding enthusiastically to the changes Ford made to the platform (including the EcoBoost engine and the improved suspension).
Now the 2016 Mustang seems poised to keep the sales crown. Ford recently fused its signature convertible with a series of upgrades, including:
The F-150 was recently named the best-selling car of 2015, revving past the competition and achieving record-breaking results. While some of this acclaim was won through Ford’s signature power, the rest was instead earned by the new aluminum design - which delivered improved economy, performance, and efficiency. Over 700 pounds was lost, ensuring a more effective pick-up.
Now Ford seeks to push the F-150 to the top of the sales chart again... by further enhancing its aluminum construction.
According to BizJournals, Ford is partnering with renowned aluminum creator Novelis - a German-based design firm that utilizes alloy compositions to strengthen overall form, function, and durability. All materials are painstakingly engineered, relying on a series of in-house operations to ensure exceptional results. These results include: microstructuring, thermal testing, pretreatment testing, and rolling mill testing. Through this a more sustainable product is achieved.
It comes as no surprise, therefore, that Ford wishes to partner with Novelis and transform its F-150 from heavy-duty truck to all-terrain beast. A new aluminum design will ensure best-in-class towing, payloads, and more.
We can’t wait to see the results!

In 1998 Ford introduced the world to heavy-duty performance, launching the Super Duty line and delivering a series of body-on-frame innovations. These pick-ups were ruggedly designed, intended for the harshest climates and the roughest roads. They offered V8 strength and staggering payloads.
Now they’ll also offer aluminum constructions.
According to Car and Driver, Ford has begun production on the 2017 Super Duty... and it features an aluminum frame. Its traditional steel cab has been replaced with military-grade materials. These provide both greater collision resistance and improved economy, reducing the truck’s overall weight by more than 350 pounds. This ensures a more efficient performance.
This change comes as no surprise to critics. The success of Ford’s aluminum switch - with its flagship model, the 2015 F-150, earning the highest sales of last year - was destined to spark further construction, and the 2017 Super Duty proves a perfect way to showcase the material's high-tensile adaptability.
It also proves perfect for showcasing Ford’s signature power. Car Scoops reports that the new Super Duty will boast three potent engine options: a 6.7L V8 diesel, a 6.8L V10, and a 6.2L V8. No official torque ratios have been given, but critics expect the truck to generate best-in-class results.
We’re excited - aren’t you?

There’s a rumble in the distance. Is it thunder? It is lightning? The Key West team is happy to report that you can fling your umbrellas away - because the sound isn’t heralding a storm. It’s instead the roar of a four-cylinder engine, signaling the arrival of the 2016 Focus RS.
According to Car Buzz, the new Focus RS will soon make it way across the Atlantic - arriving in Canada and the United States in early spring. This hot hatch promises exceptional performance, connecting rally-fans to 345 HP and 324 lb.-ft of torque. These numbers are generated by the twin-charged power of its EcoBoost engine (the same platform used in the 2015 Mustang). They then combine will an all-wheel-drivetrain for responsive handling on the track.
What truly defines the Focus RS, though, is its Drift Mode - a function that, according to Car and Driver, allows the hatch to channel 70% of the overall torque into the rear wheels, utilizing a twin-clutch system and vectoring technology to redirect the steerage. This allows the car to slide effortlessly across any road, spitting smoke and some sweet sounds.
We can’t wait!
With the release of the 2016 Focus RS, Ford is bringing European-inspired power to North America - and this will provide fast speeds and high sales in the Lower Mainland.

2015 seemed destined for despair. Ford introduced its new F-150, drawing none of the usual excitement or acclaim. Drivers instead doubted the aluminum construction, while critics wondered if the F-Series has finally lost its relevancy. Early sales proved slow and many thought the pick-up market doomed.
Key West Ford is now happy to bring good tidings for the new year - because the F-150 was the best-selling truck of 2015.
According to the New York Daily News, Ford generated a staggering 695,143 sales for its signature F-Series model. This allowed it to easily dominate the competition (with the Chevrolet Silverado languishing in second place with 537,552 units and the Dodge Ram a distant third with 407,981 units). This surge of pick-up interest elevated the market to more than 2.2 million total sales - the highest overall amount since 2007!
The release of the 2015 F-150 redefined the automotive world. It provided aluminum efficiency, enhanced towing, and improved payloads to drivers across Canada and the United States - and it ensured that Ford remained the king of chrome.
We’re not surprised.
