Professional service and a good purchasing experience
I had an excellent experience dealing with Robert Antoniak on my recent F150 purchase. After my initial test drive, I took some time to think about the purchase. Robert followed up with me but was not at all "pushy" which is something I value when dealing with a seller. I found him friendly and very easy to deal with. Robert really knows his products and had an answer for every question I had. I would recommend Robert and Key West Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
I also had an excellent experience setting up my financing with Michelle Kellough. Michelle went through all of the options and set me up with a finance plan that worked perfectly for me. Michelle is also very friendly and professional and I was quite happy with the service.
Allan was extremely patient and professional with me , showing me the best match to my needs . I am really happy with my choice so I do recommend you ask for him.
Very Happy With My Purchase
Robert Antoniak was professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions honestly. After having researched a few suitable vehicles on AutoTrader, I found a great car at Key West. Robert was eager to have me test-drive the vehicle, and I walked out with new (lightly used) car that afternoon. Very pleased with my purchase. Thanks to Michelle too!
Easy, breezy and pleasant experience re purchase of a 201...
Nothing but praise for the car; the service and the dealership and its culture. I have never had so painless and enjoyable experience at purchasing a car. Typically, it has been a somewhat anxiety-laden, somewhat pressured experience. Utterly different at Key West. Best experience ever in a car dealership. This will sound odd, but they seemed like friends.

Thanks for your help!
Had great deal with you ,thanks for your help. I’m highly recommend this dealership because for the great service. Hope deal with u agin !
A very friendly and welcoming dealership!
This dealership was very friendly and welcoming. All the associates were very helpful. We selected a vehicle and left a deposit and returned the next day and drive away as very happy car owners! Definitely recommend key west ford to anyone looking into buying a new or used vehicle!
Found Allan and rest of ground very good to deal with. He wasn't pushing and prepared to what was needed to get the sale. thanks
First time working with Key West - really enjoyed it
I came to Key West Ford looking at a very specific vehicle, hoping to trade out of a sedan into a small SUV. Ian was the sales guy on deck, and was very friendly and helpful. He understood that although a deal was possible, it wasn't guaranteed as I had appointments to see other vehicles.
We test drove the vehicle I was there to see (2017 Nissan Rogue), and he was very patient with the bad traffic on a Friday afternoon. He wasn't pushy or in a rush to get out of the car. We talked trade in potential on my old car, and about a possibility of a deal. I reviewed what he offered, and said I'd keep him in mind as I finished my other test drives.
Once those were done the next day, I selected the Key West Rogue as my car of choice. Ian was kind enough to come in on his Saturday off to help secure the offer he'd made me the day before, prepare the paperwork, and walk me through the process. I was never left alone, and never felt lost in the shuffle.
He also went to work scrambling to find me replacement floor mats (which had gone missing from the car) and a gas card to make up for the partially emptied tank.
It's worth mentioning too, every other employee I dealt with - every single one - was friendly. Whether it was another sales person taking two seconds to tell me where Ian was, the ladies at the front desk giving me directions, or dealing with the finance (Michelle was also awesome!), I didn't meet a single person at Key West that gave me a bad feeling.
Ian was a pro - dealt well, listened well, showed patience in asking for and landing the deal, and made me feel valued as a customer before moving on to any other business. I had a great experience dealing with him, and would do so again.
This has been the easiest car purchase I've ever made. Thanks Ian!
Thanks Allan for helping me find my next family vehicle.
I came in to the dealership looking to move up from a five seater sedan into a 7 seater SUV. Allan greeted me shortly after arriving and I let him know what I was looking for. I'm glad I didn't have to search all over for someone to help me like I've run in to at a few other dealerships. He fought through the cold weather to show me vehicle after vehicle till we found one that worked. We didn't end up doing the deal that day since it was a little more than what I had budgeted. Allan being the great guy that he is, called me a couple days later to let me know of more options that would be available for me from a new shipment that was coming in. I was happy that he kept working to help me well after I had left that day. Not every sales guy would go above and beyond like that. That's why I think he deserves 5 stars. The dealership did a great job making their vehicles available and did a fantastic detailing job on the slighty used vehicle that i purchased. I would have given Key West Ford 5 stars but I only received a half tank of gas when I left. I figured after giving them tens of thousands of dollars in business a full tank would have left a nice impression on their customer. It would have been completely empty if it wasn't for Allan seeing it before I left and he was quick to get it up to at least half for me. Overall a pretty good experience.

Constraints define the real world - with every angle blurred and every color dulled. Engineers squint beneath the too-harsh fluorescent glow, trying to piece together new technologies. Their efforts are burdened, however, by white noise distractions and clumsy fingers. Innovation suffers.
Ford now intends to change this - syncing its team to a virtual experience like no other. Prepare for an augmented reality.
According to MSNBC, Ford is no longer content to reside in the real world. It instead wishes to go beyond 3D, embracing augmented engineering and transformative imagery. A partnership with Microsoft - which recently delivered its HoloLens headset to the world, blending lock-step sensors and spatial sound - will anchor the brand’s new computing market. Through this, designers will be able to create cars, crossovers, and more with a simple wave of their hands.
The next generation of performance has arrived. Through augmented technology Ford can redefine production - superimposing visuals against an interactive digital background. They can scrutinize every component; they can examine every angle; and they can send each pixel across the web with the blink of an eye, streamlining communication between every sector. Craig Wetzel, a brand manager, reports: “We may not be able to teleport yet, but HoloLens allows us to review full-size 3-D designs ... around the world in real time.”
This will enhance every process, allowing Ford to design and then assemble vehicles with greater precision. Every F-150, Mustang, Explorer, and Expedition will be created on a virtual scrap of paper.
We can’t wait.

Breathe deeply, B.C. athletes. The 2017 Vancouver Sun Run has ended and you’ve all earned a rest.
On April 23rd the downtown streets were filled with Sun Run participants - each huffing through both 2.5K and 10K routes. It was no easy task. Each course had been designed to challenge racers, forcing them to battle hills, turns, and grueling straightaways. By the day’s end, however, over 39,000 men and women crossed the finished line - and some even managed to shatter records along the way.
Did you join in the fun? The annual Sun Run serves as a city-wide event, bringing guests from across North America. More importantly, however, it also brings awareness to local causes - such as the SPCA, the WE Charity, and the Ronald McDonald House. Thousands of dollars are collected each year for these worthy organizations and, with every mile, the community comes together in the spirit of goodwill.
Should our customers wish to share in that goodwill, we recommend visiting the Sun Run’s official Charity Pledge page.
On Sunday Vancouver was the center of the running world. Now all of B.C. can take a moment to relax... before starting next year’s training regimen!

This event charts a course through downtown - guiding participants from the hustle of Georgia Street to the scenic views of Cambie Street Bridge. The course (which has been carefully plotted to accommodate both professional and amateur athletes through its 2.5K and 10K paths) delivers a series of tight-turned treks; and with each step comes a spectacular view of Vancouver.
The annual Sun Run serves as a premier event - allowing men, women, and teens to push themselves to the limits. It also, however, provides support to the community, with its Charity Pledging Program generating crucial donations for the:
Children’s Hospital Foundation.
Heart and Stroke Foundation.
Ronald McDonald House.
B.C. Cancer Foundation.
Since 2014 this race has raised more than $100,000 for local organizations - and this is why Ford Canada now stands as a proud sponsor of the Vancouver Sun Run, hoping to inspire new participants and further donations. It wishes to help each dollar Go Further.

Life is rarely easy. The miles will prove long; the days will prove longer; and failure always seems to lurk around the corner - threatening to transform the simplest of tasks into the greatest of disappointments.
Ford sympathizes. The brand knows that every day brings new challenges to its consumers - which is why its recent Super Bowl promotion offers hope for the future. Check it out!
During Super Bowl LI, Ford delivered a message of convenience to drivers - highlighting the many programs that it will soon launch. These programs are meant to provide men and women with the everyday value they deserve, blending smart mobility with eco-friendly technology. They include:
Urban Ride Sharing - with Ford dedicating hybrid platforms to crowded city centers, delivering ride sharing options that will eliminate traffic and simplify every mile.
Electric Vehicles - with 13 new hybrids planned by 2020, each generating strong performance without demanding equally strong fuel requirements.
Bike Sharing - with global bike sharing programs planned throughout major cities, reducing emission strains and creating viable alternative travel methods.
Self-Driving Cars - with fully autonomous vehicles promoting safety on the road, embracing pedestrian detection technology, collision mitigation strategies, and more.
Through these solutions, Ford will redefine the future: helping drivers to Go Further.
There’s a strange calm in Las Vegas - with the sounds a little softer and the lights a little weaker. The strip may be bustling, but many men and women walk dazedly past its glitzy venues. They’re not thinking about that ever-present neon glow. They’re instead thinking about the 2016 SEMA show.
We don’t blame them. At the recent SEMA event, guests were treated to a series of innovations, ingenuities, and unforgettable moments - with automotive brands revealing their latest powertrains. Among these was (of course) the Ford Motor Company, thrilling consumers and critics alike with more than 50 stunning showcases.
Ford Authority recently ranked those showcases, revealing the brand’s most impressive SEMA platforms:
The WyoTech 2016 Transit - a concept cargo van, boasting retro-styling and a F-150 drivetrain.
The DeBerti 2017 F-150 Raptor - a pick-up that blends a Foutz Motorsports suspension system with rugged steel construction.
The Mustang 2016 GT4 - a race-car that delivers a 5.2L flat-plane-crank V8 engine and an extended rear-wing profile.
The ROUSH 2016 Focus RS - a performance hatchback that pairs all-wheel-drive with 500 HP capabilities.
The Timeless Kustoms 1965 Mustang - a 1,000 HP pony-car that fuses the 1965 Mustang with a twin-turbo 5.1L V8.
These platforms dazzled at the SEMA show, leaving guests thrilled for the new year (when production will begin on many of these concept vehicles). Ford offered a truly spectacular collection.... and we only wish we could’ve been there to see it.
The 2016 SEMA event has come to an end - but its revelations still echo through Las Vegas, with chrome fans sharing stories about the endless engine upgrades and suspension innovations. From November 1st to November 4th, the world’s top automotive brands delivered a series of wonders.
Ford is fusing those wonders with digital precision.
According to Car Buzz, Ford took the 2016 SEMA event from the showroom to the smartphone screen. With the release of its exclusive Performance App - which allows drivers to monitor their road responses, assessing speed, efficiency, and precision - the company is redefining connectivity. Check it out!
Ford’s Performance App delivers track-worthy responses. By syncing automatically with every vehicle, it allows users to access their mile-by-mile data. This data (which includes RPM generation, gear selection, G-Force acceleration, and more) reveals each driver’s abilities - identifying both their strengths and weaknesses through real-time results.
These results prove essential to those wishing to conquer the track. By monitoring their Performance App information, drivers can better understand how to enhance each turn - analyzing their reactions to achieve faster speeds and tighter cornering. This, the Key West team knows, will elevate both the racing experience and everyday commutes.

In the Las Vegas desert they gather - those chrome-covered titans, all rumbling beneath the Nevada sun, all streaking quicksilver-fast down the strip. They are the critical favorites of the 2016 SEMA show, earning endless acclaim for their powerful engines and undeniable style. They’re ferocious; they’re fierce; they’re... all Fords.
Ford has delivered SEMA’s biggest hits, with AutoWeek reporting that it recently secured the show’s top honors. On November 1st, the company premiered more than 50 custom vehicles to the Las Vegas public - and these vehicles have generated extraordinary responses:
The Hottest Coupe: Ford Mustang.
The Hottest Hatchback: Ford Focus.
The Hottest Truck: Ford F-Series.
These awards come as no surprise (Ford won them last year) but they do come with expectations. Earning recognition at SEMA forces brands to create exceptional performance, with each car meant to provide both speed and style. We believe that the Mustang, Focus, and F-Series will have no trouble with that. These platforms promise innovation, blending: V8 engines, EcoBoost technology, Twin Vortices turbochargers, Intelligent All-Wheel-Drivetrains, and more. They’re ready for every road.
We’ve got our fingers crossed for accelerated production schedules and early arrivals.

The ride proves tedious - a long stretch of miles and silence. You sit alone in your car, watching the dusty scenery pass by and longing for a distraction. The radio only offers static, and the battered CD changer holds no new tunes. You scowl. It’s going to be a very dull trip.
Ford sympathizes with your plight - which is why it now delivers the new SYNC 3 infotainment system. No longer suffer through those tiring journeys. Choose instead to redefine the road through seamless interfacing. Check it out!
The SYNC 3 infotainment system (the successor to the MyFord Touch) promises dynamic travel experiences. By fusing high-definition clarity with smartphone integration, it allows drivers to quickly access the data they need - promoting streaming, downloading, and real-time social connectivity. Its suite of features includes:
Automatic Wi-Fi Updates.
Pinch-to-Zoom Touchscreen Interactions.
Siri EyesFree Compatibility.
Swipe Navigation Interactions.
... and much more.
Ford has tailored the SYNC 3 to complement every journey and every driver, creating an advanced voice-recognition platform. This allows users to access their media information and networks feeds with ease, with the system learning all conversational speech patterns. This promotes convenience with every mile.
The plight of limited entertainment has ended. Ford’s SYNC 3 offers stellar streaming with the press of a button.
The numbers are grim. According to the Association for Safe International Road Travel (ASIRT), the highways are no longer secure - with approximately 1.3 million deaths and 50 million injuries sustained each year. The global population relies on byways and backroads to complete every task. Those tasks too often lead to disaster, however:
Road traffic is the ninth leading cause of death in the world.
Approximately 3,287 individuals suffer fatal injuries from collisions every day.
Crashes generate an estimated $518 billion in annual damages, consuming more than 2% of the global GDP.
These ASIRT statistics prove the growing traffic pandemic - and they also highlight the need for safety.
Ford seeks to provide that safety, connecting its customers to Driving Skill Life Courses. These educational opportunities allow men and women to hone their abilities and improve their reactions - lessening the chance of a collision. They emphasize hazard recognition, speed management, and space management: all vital to achieving smooth accelerations. Check it out!
Ford’s Driving Skill Life Courses enable individuals to prepare themselves for the uncertainties of the road - ensuring that they can better respond to ever-changing conditions and ever-frantic traffic. They educate; they illuminate; and they emphasize the need for safety.
The Key West team strongly urges our customers to take advantage of these programs. They’re available throughout North America and (due to government funding) are free. To find the nearest center click here.

The breath is long and deep. You inhale, relishing the scent of a new car - the unspoiled leather, the smooth fabric linings, the sun-splashed span of the dashboard. Every material whirls together to create a perfume unlike any other; and you smile, indulging in the experience.
Ford wants to ensure that this experience makes a long-lasting impression. That’s why the company - along with its enthusiastic new intern, Jenna - recently revealed its fragrance engineering process, allowing drivers to better understand the importance of material selection and sensory tailoring. Watch below to see how that famous new car smell is created.
Ford believes that every driver deserves exceptional miles - and that’s why they strive to enhance every vehicle component, including the scent. All interior materials are painstakingly chosen, reflecting both specific regional expectations and the company’s own in-house standards. These materials are then rigorously tested, with engineers assessing their textures, tones, and unique chemical compositions.
Through this, Ford can achieve that delightful new car scent - and ensure that it greets consumers again and again.
