Horrible and rude managers
Recently had some service work done on my 2016 Ford Taurus (wheel bearing + oil change) No complaints for the service work as it was done quickly but very bad experience regarding a damaged tire caused by the dealer which they denied to take responsibility for. (Inside of the tire sliced caused by hoist floor arm) I spoke with Sue and Tony both who were very rude to me regarding this concern. Exact words from Tony himself ***(we don't take responsibility for any tire issues). I told him I will see you in person with my dad and speak with you about this issue and his response (well you can come down if you like with your dad, uncle or whoever but I don't want to see you,) completely unacceptable responses especially being managers. I was not notified of the tire damage and they did not phone me to ask if i wanted the tire replaced especially being on the sidewall which is a major safety hazard only notes in the inspection report stating small cut in left front tire. I told Tony i shouldve been notified of the damaged tire and asked what if the tire blew on the highway causing a major accident? and he just brushed it off like it wasn't a big deal and laughed it off. My vehicle had a previous accident but is still under ford factory warranty because of the previous accident Tony and Sue both threatned me if I proceed any further regarding this tire issue they will deny my warranty claim because of my vehicle being in an accident. And i will have to pay the whole amount. Currently made a claim with Ford Canada regarding this matter and hope to get this resolved.
Happy Ford Owner
Key West is a Reputable Dealership
I have been dealing with Key West for quite a few years for both purchasing and servicing of my FORD cars. I have always found them to be sincere, helpful and easy to deal with for my purchases and listen to what you are asking for. As far as servicing, they are honest and go the extra to make sure you are happy.
Key West Ford
We went to Key West because they had an excellent selection of pre-owned Ford Flex's in stock. We were coming in from out of town to make the purchase, so arranging to have the vehicle available for test drives, getting some service work done prior to taking possession, and then getting the vehicle to us in Kelowna required some coordination. Overall, there were a lot of moving parts to this deal, but Colton the service rep handled everything smoothly and got us into our new car. We're very happy with our new car and with all aspects of our experience at Key West.
I recently needed a new vehicle and had a wonderful experience last time I bought new vehicle at key west ford so once again I go and visit the wonderful people at key west , and sure enough they go above and beyond to help me into another vehicle. I recommend visit key west ford if looking for a vehicle , I’m a customer for life won’t go anywhere else.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. They truly know how to treat people. Robert made me feel welcome and I will recommend Key West to my family and friends
My search for a family SUV
Having worked in the service industry myself for over 15 years I appreciate good customer service when I see it.
My experience with the team at Key West Ford was exceptional.
From Yashar in the service department to Rob Vanoverschot and Mike Nokes in the sales office the experience was always friendly, professional and most importantly one where I felt my family's needs were of the highest priority.
We test drove many SUV's of different makes and models and our final decision was unanimous. The Ford Explorer Sport ticked all the boxes for us and more with the quality of the drive, tech package, moon roof and mid console and captain's seats for the kids. A gorgeous vehicle and one we can't wait to drive and take on many long family road trips!
Thank you Key West Ford, you guys are awesome!
Jag Dhillon was very willing to work out a deal with us and made us feel comfortable with our decisions. Definitely recommend Jag and Key West Ford.
Thank you for your help
We just purchased a car from Peter Olson and it was great shopping experience with him. Peter was very knowledgeable about cars, and introduced a lot of detailed features to us. During the price negotiation, we didn't feel push, he worked hard to get the best price for us. Highly recommend to buy a car with him.

The stakes were high. On June 15th, 2016, Ford rumbled onto the Circuit de la Sarthe - nudging past the endless Ferraris, Porsches, and R18s to take its place behind the LMGTE starting line. Its GT was an unexpected addition to the race, having been absent from Le Mans for decades; and all competitors looked on with derision as the EcoBoost V6 engine came to life (it was far too quiet for their approval).
No one - critic or driver alike - expected the 2016 Ford GT to succeed. As Fox News explains, however, it excelled: earning first, third, and fourth place at Le Mans!
Now, as this year’s race draws near, Ford is revving toward France with greater confidence - because it’s bringing its 2017 Mustang GT to the Sarthe circuit. This super-car should dominate the track, delivering a 3.5L turbocharged engine (capable of achieving 647 HP and 550 lb.-ft of torque). A seven-speed automatic transmission will yield optimal gear ratios, while the carbon fiber body has been painstakingly sculpted for high-performance, blending:
Hydraulically Compressed Suspension Springs.
An Aerodynamic Rear Wing.
A Lowered Chassis.
The 2017 GT has been prepared for the grueling miles of Le Mans - and critics anticipate history to repeat itself on June 17th.

Anticipation defines the Lower Mainland - with B.C. drivers hurrying toward the track, trying to catch a peek at the latest pony-powerhouse. They want to feel the rumble of 647-horses; they want to listen to the roar of a 3.5L V6; and they want to watch the throttle open, pushing a carbon fiber body to the limits.
According to Maxim, Ford has engineered an exceptional pony-platform - with the 2017 GT improving upon the capabilities of its predecessors. This speedster is tailored for the circuit, delivering:
A Low-Ride Hydraulic Suspension - drop the powertrain to a mere 2.75-inches to let it glide through every mile.
Improved Coolant Flow - the GT utilizes a rear fender coolant system, enhancing overall intake levels and maintaining optimal engine temperatures.
Pull-Spring System - customize every ride with the adjustable braking and acceleration pedals, using an innovative handle-release function to move them as needed. This ensures that every driver is perfectly positioned.
Optional Rear Wing - should the 2017 GT reach speeds of more than 217 miles-per-hour, the rear wing can be automatically stowed beneath the tail-line. This will help to eliminate drag and increase straightaway potential.
With every engine rev, the new Ford GT proves itself to be an ideal racer - and it will soon arrive in the Lower Mainland!

The Ford ponies were never free - with every Mustang confined to North America, unable to rev across the Atlantic. They couldn’t seek global borders. They could instead only paw anxiously at the backroads, wishing to experience more than Canada and the United States allowed.
In 2015 that wish was granted - with Ford releasing its Mustang GTs into the wild and wonderful world. The pony-cars raced across Europe, Asia, and Australia, pounding their tires against the ground and rattling dealerships.
Now they’re always changing the sales charts.
According to Torque News, the 2015 Mustang GT recently topped India’s automotive market. The convertible (which, due to its left-hand configuration, was previously unavailable to the global driving community) dominated sport-platform sales, with drivers scrambling to find V8 performance. With a beastly 5.0L engine and a responsive six-speed manual transmission, this platform pushes to 435 HP and 400 lb.-ft of torque - making it a premier powerhouse.
The 2015 Mustang remains a top-sales contender... even as 2017 approaches. For India it serves as the perfect introduction to pony-charged potential, speeding from 0 MPH to 60 MPH in a mere 4.5 seconds. This lets it blitz past the international competition with ease.

History repeats itself - or so the cliches claim. Those cliches became realities on June 19th when Ford blitzed to a pole-position finish at the famed Le Mans race... precisely fifty years after it earned its first international victory! Its rally team (led by seasoned circuit performers Sebastian Bourdais, Joey Hand, and Dirk Muller) pushed to the front of the pack, overcoming heavy competition from Porsche and Ferrari. The 2016 GT had won.
This victory stunned the racing world - and it proved the value of Ford’s testing process. To ensure that the 2016 GT could perform at optimum levels for Le Mans, the company forced it to endure a series of supertuned challenges. Among these challenges was a custom wind tunnel, meant to push the car’s aerodynamic profile to the limit. Check it out!
Ford’s exclusive wind tunnel programme allowed it to optimize the 2016 GT - creating a carbon fiber supercar that could resist drag with every turn. The sculpted shape now defies the elements, roaring past every obstacle at a blistering 600 HP. This ensured success at Le Mans (and we anticipate that success will continue throughout the racing season).

It’s been an age of sad glances - with European drivers staring across the pond, agonizing over the lack of pony power. For decades they’ve craved V8 performance and convertible styling, wanting to experience the stomp of the Ford Mustang; but this car remained frustratingly out of reach.
With the release of the 2015 Mustang, however, this changed. Suddenly Europeans could slip behind the wheel of Ford’s signature model - delighting in speed, precision, and sport-inspired handling. The road was open and the possibilities were endless.
That remains true even now - with the introduction of the 2016 Mustang GT redefining driving in the United Kingdom. Check out this Car Buzz article! It highlights the journey of the pony-car through London, with a 5.0L Coyote engine revving down every lane.
Car Buzz took the 2016 GT on a whirlwind adventure through London. There they put the best-in-class platform (420 HP and 400 lb.-ft of torque) to the ultimate test, demanding sharp turns and quick cornering with every mile. The seamless six-speed transmission allowed for easy transitions, while the Sync 2 infotainment system delivered real-time navigation. The car never faltered - even when faced with busy city crossways.
It’s no surprise that the Car Buzz team adored riding in the 2016 Mustang GT... and it’s also no surprise that Londoners sought the car out with every spin of the tires. The love of pony power remains as strong as ever.

On June 19th spectators stood in stunned silence as the 2017 Ford GT revved across the Le Mans’ finish line. None had expected the victory. It had, after all, been years since a North American pony-car had pushed past the competition - and none anticipated a sudden change in tradition.
The change did come, however. Ford’s 2017 GT - much like its original 1968 predecessor - earned a first-place finish, dominating the 24-hour circuit at Le Mans. It was an unexpected (and unforgettable) event.

This car will surely dominate European and North American tracks alike, and we expect to see a new generation of circuit fans before the season is through.
It was a whirl of smoke and chrome-spat exhaust. A carbon fiber body revved down the Laguna Seca track, maneuvering through the crowded line of rivals. The 2017 Ford GT pushed past the competition, its 600 HP engine roaring with every lap; and, eventually, it rushed toward the finish line, leaving the others all behind.

The 2017 GT stunned at Laguna, delivering incredible performance. With aid from seasoned drivers Richard Westbrook and Ryan Briscoe, it secured a first place finish - and earned acclaim from the entire racing world.
We're not surprised. Ford engineered the GT for power. Its 3.5L EcoBoost engine generates more than 600 HP, and its buttress-bolstered body allows for optimum efficiency (reducing drag and allowing for more precise cornering). This was proven at Laguna Seca and the Key West team knows the rest of the season will surely be the same.
We can’t wait!

Today the China International Exhibition Center closes its doors - ushering engineers, analysts, and consumers alike away from its chrome-drenched aisles. The 2016 Beijing Motor Show will come to an end, and its many displays (including stand-out showcases from Porsche, Bentley, and Audi) will all be neatly packed away.
Ford wants to send its exhibits off in style, however - and so it recently revved its 2017 GT into the Motor Show, stealing the spotlight and earning much acclaim. Check it out!
The 2017 GT is the carbon fiber embodiment of speed. It’s been engineered for exceptional power, connecting drivers to: a responsive 3.5L EcoBoost platform, a 50-mm profile that promotes aerodynamic handling, drag-reducing buttresses, and an extended rear wing that enhances airflow. These elements combine to propel the car down every track, and they generate more than 600 HP of V6 performance.
It’s no surprise, therefore, that guests at the 2016 Beijing Motor Show devoted much of their time to studying every precisely carved panel. This supercar was impossible to resist.
The Key West team knows this will prove just as true when the GT premieres in North America.
