this guys in keywest ford knows how to go above and beyond in terms of customer satisfaction. we purchased a vehicle last week and all within 3 hours everything was done. the guys are really time efficient. robert was there all theway from the start to explain everything we need to know about the vehicle. he was very friendly. michelle was the best in getting us approved for the loan as well as finding the best rates for us. you will just notice the entire office staff working closely in a very happy environment.
Horrible and rude managers
Recently had some service work done on my 2016 Ford Taurus (wheel bearing + oil change) No complaints for the service work as it was done quickly but very bad experience regarding a damaged tire caused by the dealer which they denied to take responsibility for. (Inside of the tire sliced caused by hoist floor arm) I spoke with Sue and Tony both who were very rude to me regarding this concern. Exact words from Tony himself ***(we don't take responsibility for any tire issues). I told him I will see you in person with my dad and speak with you about this issue and his response (well you can come down if you like with your dad, uncle or whoever but I don't want to see you,) completely unacceptable responses especially being managers. I was not notified of the tire damage and they did not phone me to ask if i wanted the tire replaced especially being on the sidewall which is a major safety hazard only notes in the inspection report stating small cut in left front tire. I told Tony i shouldve been notified of the damaged tire and asked what if the tire blew on the highway causing a major accident? and he just brushed it off like it wasn't a big deal and laughed it off. My vehicle had a previous accident but is still under ford factory warranty because of the previous accident Tony and Sue both threatned me if I proceed any further regarding this tire issue they will deny my warranty claim because of my vehicle being in an accident. And i will have to pay the whole amount. Currently made a claim with Ford Canada regarding this matter and hope to get this resolved.
Happy Ford Owner
Key West is a Reputable Dealership
I have been dealing with Key West for quite a few years for both purchasing and servicing of my FORD cars. I have always found them to be sincere, helpful and easy to deal with for my purchases and listen to what you are asking for. As far as servicing, they are honest and go the extra to make sure you are happy.
Key West Ford
We went to Key West because they had an excellent selection of pre-owned Ford Flex's in stock. We were coming in from out of town to make the purchase, so arranging to have the vehicle available for test drives, getting some service work done prior to taking possession, and then getting the vehicle to us in Kelowna required some coordination. Overall, there were a lot of moving parts to this deal, but Colton the service rep handled everything smoothly and got us into our new car. We're very happy with our new car and with all aspects of our experience at Key West.
I recently needed a new vehicle and had a wonderful experience last time I bought new vehicle at key west ford so once again I go and visit the wonderful people at key west , and sure enough they go above and beyond to help me into another vehicle. I recommend visit key west ford if looking for a vehicle , I’m a customer for life won’t go anywhere else.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. They truly know how to treat people. Robert made me feel welcome and I will recommend Key West to my family and friends
My search for a family SUV
Having worked in the service industry myself for over 15 years I appreciate good customer service when I see it.
My experience with the team at Key West Ford was exceptional.
From Yashar in the service department to Rob Vanoverschot and Mike Nokes in the sales office the experience was always friendly, professional and most importantly one where I felt my family's needs were of the highest priority.
We test drove many SUV's of different makes and models and our final decision was unanimous. The Ford Explorer Sport ticked all the boxes for us and more with the quality of the drive, tech package, moon roof and mid console and captain's seats for the kids. A gorgeous vehicle and one we can't wait to drive and take on many long family road trips!
Thank you Key West Ford, you guys are awesome!
Jag Dhillon was very willing to work out a deal with us and made us feel comfortable with our decisions. Definitely recommend Jag and Key West Ford.
Thank you for your help
We just purchased a car from Peter Olson and it was great shopping experience with him. Peter was very knowledgeable about cars, and introduced a lot of detailed features to us. During the price negotiation, we didn't feel push, he worked hard to get the best price for us. Highly recommend to buy a car with him.

In 2014 Ford stunned the automotive world - stripping its beloved F-150 of steel and carbon, fusing it instead with aluminum. Critics (and consumers) balked at such a change. This would, they argued, be the downfall of the entire F-Series fleet.
As Torque News explains, Ford’s decision to create an aluminum F-150 has proven successful. Drivers have gained steady appreciation of the lightweight design (more than 700 pounds have been removed from the chassis, greatly reducing the demands of the V8 engine and improving efficiency by more than 10%); and the sales charts have begun to shift away from traditional steel. With each year this platform delivers staggering growth, carving a niche in the North American marketplace:
Estimated F-150 Sales: 480,492
Estimated F-150 Sales: 515,034
Estimated F-150 Sales: 574,559
Estimated F-150 Sales: 591,864
An aluminum body hasn’t proved the deterrent critics once feared. Instead drivers are actively seeking it out - with the F-150 comprising much than 60% of total F-Series sales. This truck powers past the competition, with its high-strength ladder frame yielding best-in-class economy (20 MPGs in the city and 26 MPGs on the highway) and staggering performance (up to 8,000 pounds of conventional towing).

Adventure awaits - and yet you find yourself hesitating to answer the off-road call. In your garage sits a compact pick-up, tailored for smooth pavement and light payloads. It lacks the full-bodied performance that B.C. demands; and you fear even attempting a sojourn past the suburbs.
Ford suggests seeking out a more powerful ride - like the 2018 F-150 Raptor.
According to the Chicago Sun Times, Ford is pushing the boundaries of the Baja market. Its 2018 F-150 has been thoroughly enhanced, delivering a robust off-road experience with every mile. Beneath the hood growls a 3.5L turbocharged V6. This engine offers 450 HP and 510 lb.-ft of torque, with its EcoBoost technology optimizing every rev. A new 10-speed automatic transmission ensures crisp handling, while the sport-tuned suspension promotes a deft ride across every terrain.
To further impress B.C. drivers, Ford has fused the 2018 F-150 with exclusive transfer case technology - allowing the truck to seamlessly shift from 2WD to 4WD as needed. It engages both high and low ratios to adapt to changing road conditions, making it ideal for sand, snow, and every mile in between,

It was an easy prediction. Throughout the week critics placed their bets on the 2018 F-150 - certain that it would secure a victory, knowing that the competition would falter. This was the one true guarantee of the season.
That doesn’t make the first-place finish any less exciting, however. Motor Trend has just named the 2018 F-150 Truck of the Year!
November began with a race of legendary proportions - pitting the 2018 F-150 against the Chevrolet Colorado and the GMC Sierra Denali. Each platform (having already secured acclaim across key industry benchmarks) was vying for the Truck of the Year title, with the Motor Trend team pushing them to the limits. Engines were tested; payloads were gauged; and a brutal series of off-road obstacles demanded nothing less than perfection from the drivetrains.
In the end only one pick-up remained - the 2018 F-150. Ford’s latest half-ton option dazzled the critics with its available 5.0L V8 (395 HP, 400 lb.-ft of torque) and Intelligent AWD. It paired AdvanceTrac technology with integrated Trailer Sway Control to deliver a smooth ride on every terrain; and its class-leading trailering capacity (13,200 pounds) dominated the heaviest hauls. There was no doubt that this aluminum monster would win.
There’s also no doubt that it will perform well on the B.C. charts. Key West Ford expects the 2018 F-150 to rev off our dealership, yielding the power our customers deserve.
The SEMA stages are empty. All banners have been stripped and all showcases have been dismantled - with no trace of the world’s largest automotive event to be found in Las Vegas. Those wandering through the empty halls of the Convention Center, however, may still hear an echo of the 2018 F-150 Lariat.
We can’t imagine a better sound.
According to AutomobileMag, Ford recently premiered its 2018 F-150 Lariat at SEMA. This pick-up quickly stole the spotlight, dazzling guests with its 3.5L V6 and the promise of class-leading power (critics estimate the final outputs to be 375 HP and 470 lb.-ft of torque). A 10-speed automatic transmission earned much acclaim, offering smooth handling on every terrain; while the newly revised fascia impressed from every angle, blending fender vents, a hood scoop, and a rear spoiler.
It’s this unique design that brands the F-150 a highway champion. AutomobileMag explains that Ford’s CAD-sculpted exterior will greatly reduce drag, providing more aerodynamic responses for drivers. Friction will no longer impede performance; and, when paired with the lightweight aluminum-alloy panels, this smart style will allow the platform to rev past the competition.

The competition is fierce. At the starting line contenders gather - the gleaming Chevrolet Colorado ZR2, the muscular GMC Sierra Denali, and the aluminum-clad F-150. These platforms all share a revved greeting before readying themselves for a race around the track. Only one can win, earning the title of Best Truck of the Year.
Motor Trend has just announced its finalists for Truck of the Year - and Ford’s ever-popular F-150 has made the cut! This pick-up has proven a critical favorite, with its revised powertrain celebrated and its trailering capabilities praised. It’s a 3.3L V6 beast, roaring from 0 to 60 in a mere 7.6 seconds. A standard six-speed automatic transmission delivers crisp handling, while the optional 10-speed accommodates heavy payloads with ease. The 145-inch wheelbase delivers best-in-class comfort, blending leather-trimmed seating with SYNC 3 entertainment; and an optional AWD ensures robust responses on every terrain.
All of this pairs with a 13,200-pound towing capacity - resulting in segment-shattering capability and undeniable power. The 2018 F-150 is primed for every mile.
We anticipate, therefore, that Motor Trend will place a crown on its hood very soon.

The new era of performance has begun - with Ford introducing drivers to its latest F-Series fleet. These half-ton powerhouses are redefining the market, delivering V8 capability and best-in-class strength; and they will soon roar onto the global sales chart.
The 2018 F-150 Platinum will ensure that they reach the top.
According to Kelley Blue Book, the new F-150 Platinum is a monster on the highway. Bolstered by a 5.0L V8, this pick-up can generate up to 395 HP and 400 lb.-ft of torque. A 10-speed transmission anchors the drivetrain, pairing with smart mobility solutions (such as hill descent assist technology and a terrain management system) to improve handling; while Intelligent AWD promises rugged responses.
The true value of any truck, however, is its towing performance - and the 2018 F-150 Platinum should impress every driver. This mid-size platform delivers up to 11,600 pounds of conventional trailering and 3,270 payload pounds. This shatters all segment records and allows Ford to (once again) push the boundaries of pick-up strength.
Prepare for all-terrain power.

With every heavy load comes a worry of speed - with drivers creeping around corners, afraid that their pick-ups will suddenly skid across the road. Their trailers are filled to the brim, threatening always to topple over; and every mile brings a wince. One too-quick acceleration could lead to disaster.
Ford recognizes the concerns of its customers - which is why it seeks to provide greater stability on the highway. The 2018 F-150 will feature Curve Control technology.
According to TFL Truck, Curve Control is an exclusive Ford system - one that delivers smooth handling on every terrain. It utilizes intuitive sensors to assess both road conditions and platform speed. Should MPH ratios prove too high while turning, it will automatically engage the four-wheel disc brakes, reducing torque and accelerations. This will allow drivers to immediately regain control of their F-150s and create a more fluid response.
With Curve Control balance is achieved - ensuring that all wheels remain firmly planted on the road. Ford further combines this system with complementary features (including Hill Assist, Active Park Assist, and Adaptive Collision Warnings) to ensure a seamless ride. No payload is too great for the 2018 F-150.
Let us prove the value of Curve Control. Visit our dealership today to learn more about this function, as well as to schedule a test-drive in our available F-Series models.
High-performance now knows no limit - with Ford introducing drivers to premium half-ton power. The 2018 F-150 is coming... and it promises record-shattering capability with every mile.
According to Torque News, Ford seeks to redefine the pick-up market. This is why it’s fused its latest F-Series model with a series of powerhouse systems - including a 5.0L V8 engine and a 10-speed automatic transmission - to deliver superior strength. This is an all-terrain bruiser, battling its way past highways, back-roads, and more; and it should deftly adapt to every driver need:
Payload Capacity: Up to 3,270 Pounds.
Towing Capacity: Up to 13,200 Pounds.
Horsepower: Up to 450.
Torque: Up to 470.
The 2018 F-150 is a machine without equal. When properly equipped, it revs down the road - leaving both the Toyota Tundra and the Dodge Ram in the dust. No platform offers as much power.
None provides as much economy either.
Torque News notes that the 2018 F-150 will boast more than 30 MPGs on the highway (thanks to its available diesel engine). This ensures that drivers can effortlessly haul the heaviest loads... without having to constantly pause at the pump.
Efficiency is coming to the Lower Mainland - with Ford delivering a suite of economical powertrains for its 2018 F-150. Though this platform delivers staggering strength (yielding a maximum trailering ratio of 13,200 pounds), drivers will be most impressed by its EcoBoost capabilities. No longer will the pick-up market demand endless hours spent at the pump and equally endless dollars.
MotorTrend reports that the 2018 F-150 has been thoughtfully designed, with Ford embracing smart mobility. Each of its latest engine options has been tailored for strong mileage - blending automatic start/stop technology, a more fluid 10-speed transmission, and lightweight aluminum cladding.
